horrible experience! First I went in to try on wedding dresses. Found ones I liked and made a appointment to come back in. Came back in and the girl didn't write down my favorites or size ect. We had pictures on my phone thank God. Find some dresses again to try on and find the one. Ordered the dress and came back to try it on for the bussel. So here's the thing, when you make an appointment you're treated really nicely, I wouldn't say phenomenal, but definitely nicely. However, even though appointments aren't required, MOST of the staff, especially the older white lady with glasses that I believe might be a supervisor, don't acknowledge your existence. The customer service I got when taking my dress back to Davids Bridal to be preserved was disgusting. First of all, the chick they had working the desk was a jerk. Every question I had about when my dress would go out and when it would be back ect, was ¨I don´t know, I don´t know.¨ Moving on, I give her my dress and she literally balls it up like a wet towel and shoves it in the plastic bag. the sales people were wonderful but the seamstress was totally rude, mean and should not be working with rhe public, especially when brides are stressed out and the seamstress says rude inappropriate things that make the bride cry.

Great service but do NOT get your alterations done here! A few days ago I went to do my final fitting-its a month before my wedding. I couldn't even get the dress on because the straps and bust were done horribly wrong. After a 6 hour ordeal and buying a $100 of lace out of pocket myself to provide new material for the straps because they had ruined the top of my dress, they still wanted to charge $150 for "customizing." Beyond disappointed with our trip there! Three bridesmaids had already ordered, so the five of us went yesterday (6/30) to get our bridesmaids dresses. We had Christie, and she was rude. She was making comments to one of the bridesmaids about how she was insecure because she didn’t wanna show everyone the dress. They weren't busy at all and still hardly helped me. Basically threw dresses at me without a thought for what I said I liked and didnt help me whatsoever. I went to the Davids Bridal in Nashua a few weeks later (today) and they were swamped and still made me feel important. Brought me belts and veils and clipped on the dress that didnt quite fit so I could still see what they looked like. Go to Nashua!

This place is awful. The people are rude. refused to allow my daughter to try on dresses that she liked but rudely insisted that she try only the dresses that the lady recommended. refused to allow my 12 years old to try on any junior dress but only adult sizes. guess to make the extra commission since the same dresses in a juniors size was 50.00 cheaper. so now I have to pay an additional 50 - 100.00 on having an adult dress altered to fit a 12 year old. Find somewhere else to shop for dresses.

My wedding dress was reasonably priced but they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for alterations so I had to take it somewhere else! The dress was only $700 and the alterations were $435! I found someone else to do it for half the price!
