So upset after buying my dress from there. I was promised it would be cleaned and that all of the rips and popped seams would be fixed but when I went to pick it up they spent 45 min running around the store trying to find it and only one small part had actually been touched. Don’t rely on this place to do your alterations because I was only one of the many upset brides that day. Not sure if I even want my bridesmaids buying their dresses from there anymore.
I went today with my mother because obviously she’s getting married the girl who first served us at the entrance rude because we got there at 8:30 and rudely advice us WE CLOSE AT 9pm like hurrying us up, it wasn’t like we weren’t buying anything. I went to the David's bridal store in Evansville Indiana today and was completely in shock for how they treated me. They took 15 mins to great me, told me I had to look through the clearance dresses, and then the stylist person wasn't over there to help me with the dress as I was trying them on. She was rude and terrible to my mom, and 2 sisters because they wanted to help me. This made me feel like I was not good enough to even be a bride and not good enough for David Bridal. My sister was hoping for a helpful magical experience for her wedding gown shopping. The woman never brought her the corset she said she would bring her to try on, was dealing with multiple parties at once and didn’t listen when my sister said she wanted to feel confident in her dress and described not poofy, not too much beadwork, lace accents but ended up with things she didn’t like and I’m not sure if it was because she was booked with two parties or if that’s how they do it, but we didn’t feel our assistant was as knowle... read more
I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews, but I just had to today. I am the bride who is having her wedding next month. I chose to go through David’s Bridal for my bridesmaid dresses. I went to the David’s Bridal in Orland Park, I DO NOT recommend anyone going to this location, not sure if it’s just the location or the company. so my bffs bridal party came in wearing jeans and t-shirts.. (with money) we were treated like crap because we wasnt wearing diamonds.. we had an appt and everything.. 0 stars from all of us..
UPDATE: Tammy the manager reached out to me and was very apologetic and understanding. She made a commitment to me that she would ensure the issues were addressed and take ownership of ensuring our needs were met. She let me know that if I was more comfortable dealing with her throughout the rest of the process she would be more than happy to be the one to assist us or be present to ensure our needs were being met. I felt very rushed by my consultant and felt she only wanted me to like the dresses she pulled. Didn't even last the full hour :( very disappointed. And to make a comment about how its my fourth time and I don't have forever, was super discouraging. I hope there is improvement on making the whole experience more personal.

David's bridal in Sawigina Michigan is something else. They have destroyed my bridal experience. I ordered $2,500 worth of dresses on February 3rd 2019. My dress was $1,600, it came in 4 days after I ordered it. It was scheduled to come in at the end of April. I explained to them I was out of town for work, and that I drove back that day to come dress shopping. Needless to say my bridesmaids picked up my dress for me, and held on to it for me.
