Honestly, it’s been an amazing experience for me. There was a wide variety of beautiful dresses. Elaine was extremely helpful and she’s superrrr sweet. Loved her. I had my eye on the first dress i saw and i bought it right away. Thanks to Elaine who was very supportive.

I was going to go to David’s bridal tomorrow to get a dress for my sisters wedding but after hearing hw they treated my friend and called her fat I sure won’t be going there to get my dress I can’t imagine going to spend that kind of money and being treated like that I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I told the whole wedding party to stay away
Horrible! Beginning to end. Our attendant brought me dresses that didn’t fit and told me it was because I was I am a popular size. This confused me. Shouldn’t they have the popular sizes. So every dress was either way to big or way to tight. They kept taking dresses away that we were holding as part of the maybe group. I felt rushed and ended up with major dress regret. tried to cancel my order the same night and was told no returns. I tried speaking to them about maybe an exchange for the same price and no one would actually have a conversation with me. The staff just kept repeating themselves. No returns, no returns. very frustrating. It would have been nice to not feel rushed through the entire process.

If you want to get physically injured by workers, insulted by management - by all means walk through this set of doors... Call to have this manager resign. My daughter's leg was scraped up pretty bad by one of their employees today.. this place is a joke- 2 thumbs down people - 2 thumbs down👎👎
Body shaming and harming a customer? That's completely despicable. I hope your manager is fired. You can't work on A beauty store if you don't think everybody can be beautiful in their own way.
Management staff is very rude not only with customers but also with their team members who ask simple questions that are still learning things. Instead of disrespecting them in front of customers they should be gladly teaching them the right way to do things. They all seemed very bothered and irritated with each other. I got all my bridesmaid dresses from here and I will never go back to this David’s bridal.
This location in particular has no idea what true customer service is. Vanessa was god awful. The bride ran back & forth getting bridesmaids dresses because the David’s bridal team couldn’t be bothered to do their job.
