Ordered dress and it didn’t fit- when I ordered it they did not have my style dress in a size close to mine to try on so we tried on a dress identical to mine except it did not have lace sleeves. Overheard the manager say “what’s the issue” and the woman helping me said “the issue is she had a baby”. Will never shop at this David’s Bridal EVER again. Very disrespectful and rude employees. I’m glad that having a baby is an “issue”.

I had a scheduled appointment for 7pm for my first fitting. I get there they tell me go to the back and I did. The seamstress was still doing an alteration and told me it would be another 30 minute wait. As I am waiting the half hour, they end up taking another women back there for her 730 appointment. They manager on duty karina was not helpful at all and when I asked for corporate number she said that she could not give out and she basically could careless about my appointment

Found my dream dress but alterations personal messed it up and it doesn't fix right. Asked if they could fix what they did and was told dress is fine nothing else they could do. Went to a different alterations company and they are fixing all the mistakes David's bridal alterations people did and making the dress fit me like it is suppose too. I would never recommend anyone to go here to get a dress and especially use their alterations personal. It's supposed to be special day with my dress but has turn out to be a depressing... read more
Jenny is amazing, I couldn’t have been more thrilled with our experience with her. Besides working with her, the many of other ladies made the experience absolutely dreadful and I don’t recommend them. Alterations department kept telling me and all of my bridesmaids we didn’t buy our dresses there, we were told to order completely wrong sizes for my bridesmaids and quoted wayyyy under the amount for alterations, and my dress (the bride) had to be reordered 3 times. Whether a customer purchases a inexpensive dress or a very costly one should not define the customer service you receive.

Do not go to David's Bridal in Toledo! First of all, my daughter had a bridal dress appointment. This shop double books their consultants so they are helping two brides at one time. We barely got any attention at all! I went there to look at dresses and the woman who helped me all but interrogated me about the other dress shops i looked at and if i had found one I liked yet and basically asked if there was any point in me trying any on there, she also glared and rolled her eyes at my aunt for grabbing a dress she wanted me to try on. Not a very large selection for the style dress I liked, and I didn’t feel comfortable what so ever.

I would give them 0 stars. They lied to me about my measurements. And made me get it two sizes too big. And they tell you that if it doesn’t fit you, you can exchange it once. But when they ring you up, you sign the receipt it says final sale! So they lie to you to get more money out of you for the seamstress to alter it.
