We need more bridal shops up here in Anchorage because David’s Bridal sucks! Who tells someone they can’t look at dresses because the wedding is 14 months away. A little back story: I originally paid the deposit for a dress because the manager reassured me that she would continue to resize my dress because I had weight loss surgery. Absolutely DO NOT buy from them, both me (bride) and bridesmaid bought our dresses here and the arrival date of dressss were delayed after being promised to arrive at a certain time, schedule appointment for alteration pick up was also delayed by ONE MONTH. Do they expect me to show up naked at my wedding? No wonder they are failing and about to file for bankruptcy, you have better chance using your tablecloth and make it into a dress.

I visited your store previously to look at wedding dresses and had a terrible experience. I wrote a review then and decided to buy my dress somewhere else because of the terrible experience I had. I decided to give you another chance for the bridesmaids dresses and once again such a disappointment in your customer service. WELL WHERE DO I BEGIN - other then to say this was the worst trip to David’s Bridal I’ve ever experienced!!!!! Let me set the scene...... I called ahead the day before and told them/scheduled when I would be arriving today (10:30am right when they opened) to try on my bridesmaid dress and get measured for alterations. Because I knew when I tried on the trial dressed that it was going to for sure be too long and needed to be at least hemmed. I used their credit card twice for my wedding everything went fine until the end, the representative lied to me i accrued interest for NO APPARENT REASON....i spoke with a supervisor after hearing the recorded phone call and all he could say is I’m sorry that happened to you. He did NOTHING now i have an extra payment that i said i was specifically trying to avoid.!!!! How unfair !!! I’ll never use them again and I’m closing this card smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

Servicio terrible. Recibes por lo que pagas. Trajes económicos, entalle y calidad barato. Me probé traje de muestra en mi tamaño y cuando llego en el color que compré, el forro no coincidía con la tela de arriba. No se podía arreglar. Y el servicio pésimo. Aun con cita, se tardan y te tratan con prisa. Y las empleadas de alteraciones, ni se diga!!! Malisimas.

Do not come here! The management team is so rude! They’ll tell you one thing and then do another! When they took my last payment for my wedding dress they told me it would get here mid July. I went in on Sunday with my bridesmaids and now they are telling me October 1st when my event is 10/11. Tasha is so rude and doesn’t try to help or even understand what the situation is they have a “ it’s not my problem attitude here. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go buy your wedding dress somewhere else. They don’t care... read more

Customer service is poor, we went in we was greeted but no one helped my wife out, then they was made after I told them about it they wanna help out, I paid for my wife dressed out right not layaway

Bad experience!! Customer Service was horrible! We were told we could look around, so that’s what we were doing. Yes, we were taking dresses down and looking at them...isn’t that how you shop for “The Perfect Dress”? A clerk came over and in a loud stern voice told us we could not take the dresses down to look at them! Very rude!! David’s Bridal lost a sale tonight. This is my baby girls wedding....she was so excited and so was I!!! Never have I been treated like this. The dress she wanted to try on was $1859. 😔
