Was in today and one of the associates was very rude to us. We were told that we were free to look and nothing else was said. While looking we were taking the dresses off the rack and after we looked at them we did indeed put it right back on the rack were we got it. She came around the corner and yelled that we were not allowed to do this. Now I know places have rules, but we should have be told this at the beginning.

Terrible service. Bridesmaids fitting was a free for all. They do not carry all sizes they advertise. My consultant did not clip dresses that were too big for me to help me get a better vision. I asked about the bustle 4 times and was ignored each time. This was a very disappointing experience. I’ve already sent an email to corporate yesterday. Still waiting for my response. I will not visit this location again.

Today at David’s Bridal Orlando (Mall at Milennia) we had a horrible experience. After spending almost two hours with our consultant Jessica (who was great) we were unkindly greeted by Stephanie who is the floor manager. Long story short: my sister and I went to a bridal expo in Tampa on March 3. We made these David’s Bridal bridesmaid appointments because they were offering the $20 off. They destroyed a $100.00 rhinestone sash and tried to fill in the gaps with white thread. Probably wouldn’t have been as pissed if the dress was white so it blended but the dress is apple red!!!! Looks like crap and they offered me a $10.00 adjustment $10.00!!!! For a $300.00 dollar dress and $100.00 sash that I have to scramble to find somebody Competent to fix before tonight! I ordered a dress, a $200+ tax dress from David's Bridal. It took 2 months to receive this dress because I was told it had to be custom made. I was told I was fortunate to receive the dress so quickly, because it could take up to 6 months to receive. The dress came rolled up in a ball, in a beat up plastic UPS bag, and is so wrinkled it looks terrible, not to mention its the wrong size. I walked in and was able to try on, however, after receiving great assistance from Evadney, I decided to make my order. I placed my order on 4/24 and promissed a delivery date of 5/26. I called before the time to check the status and was told it will not come in until 6/12. I made sure to tell them I needed this for 6/22 before ordering, so I was comfortable with the promissed delivery date. Now I'm trying to call them and no answer. Corporate isn't any better. hannah was absolutely amazing she was helpfully in everything we did didnt have an appointment and she just got us in and found the dress and I'm so happy with what she has done but did have a question and the lady at the door answered the phones was as rude, it's our day not urs dont bring ur negative vibe here hannah needs a raise
