I was sold a used dress. It was not marked as a sample or "as is," simply on sale. According to management my only option is an exchange so I'm stuck with either a dingy dress or a company I can't trust to do right by me. I could not be any more upset with my entire purchase.

On their internet page it says appointments are best to guarantee a spot but walk-ins are welcome. Horrible experience! Last time we walked in, we got turned around and was told to book an appointment, which we did call to book an appointment that week, but they didn’t want to book over the phone saying we dont need to book for a bride just bridal party. We still ended up booking for that same day, but different time because they had 3 brides in already. When we returned that day, took forever to get served and the excuse ... read more

Pretty disappointed in David’s bridal! Two of my bridesmaids had terrible experience with the alterations department! One of the girls dresses look like a potato sack and basically had to remake her dress with all the alterations done to it. The other dress was gaping fabric in the front and bunching together. $110 in alterations to fix a mistake “that wouldn’t be that noticeable in pictures” and offered her $34 off the dress. Dealt with the most unprofessional, ignorant and rude person from your store. Long story short; there was an issue with my dress and I wasn’t able to explain the issue as I was steamrolled by one of your staff. Who I may add refused to give me her name. I called a few times and was either hung up on, put on hold and/or refused service because apparently she only deals with brides and I made up some story about how the issue of the dress came to be. Most awful experience ever. My daughters prom is in 2 days. David's ruined her dress in alterations and refuse to give me cash back for the dress and the alterations. They actually had the audacity to tell me it was illegal to refund me in cash. We paid over 500 bucks(8 weeks ago)and now have no dress for prom. Everyone pretended to be helpful but we heard the alterations lady calling my daughter fat, and hysterical. They tried 3 times to fix the dress and it just kept coming out worse each time. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Avoid wasting your time and money here!!! We have made 3 useless trips to this sh*t hole and still not satisfied. The staff are so unacknowledged about their products! First we were told they had a dress in store we wanted so we drove 2 1/2 hours each way to get it showed up and they didn't have it they said so we looked around and found it in a bigger size. They filed bankruptcy on 400 million dollars of debt, then immediately borrowed 60 million more dollars... now they arent paying that debt on time... buyer beware.

VERY RUDE. They refused to let me try on dresses because I didn’t have an appointment. Told me I didn’t need to look at dresses yet, since I’m not getting married for a year and half. Told me to come back another time because they don’t have time to help while 5 girls stood around doing nothing. I will NOT be back.

My wife to be purchased her dress at the Northridge location. She was happy with the girl who helped her chose her dress, she was amazing. Unfortunately, my wife got sick and could not make it to try the dress on the day that was originally schedule, May 15th. I called to re-schedule her appointment and they said they would gladly do it. That until today May 20th.
