I am very upset with your company. The customer service that I was given was VERY UNACCEPTABLE. I had to go to the Freehold NJ store 7 TIMES, had to choose a completely different dress then what was picked by the bride, and the alterations were messed up 6 times. I was told through email someone from corporate was going to give me a call within so many hours, and I did not receive one at all. We walked into this store with one simple reason - we wanted to buy swatches. We didn’t have an appointment for this reason, and we were not planning on wasting anyone’s time other than to get the swatches. Other members I was with went looking around while we looked at the swatches. In that moment one girl decided to take it upon herself to assist us. She assisted us in the purchase of the swatches and then proceeded to assist around the store, even though we were just browsing the colors in person to see what looked right.... read more

The WORST customer service ever!! The “stylist” we had an appointment with was late “coming back from lunch” at 3 in the afternoon. Was not helpful at all. The store is so dingy and gross and looks run down. Ended up ordering bridesmaid dresses anyway and oh my gosh can we just say what a disaster!!! Was given false information and the manager, Kim, was the snottiest worst person I’ve ever dealt with in retail. Ever. I went to pick up my dress yesterday. As soon as I put it on I knew there was no way of getting it zipped up. I’m extremely tiny, and know my body hasn’t gone through changes in the last month for there to be a three inch gap in the back. So of course I’m freaking out over the fact my wedding is in a little over two weeks, and there’s so much dress taken in. We had very bad experience at this store today, if your staff don't know how to deal with the customers they shouldn't work over there. Laura was super rude with me and my family, we went there to buy the bridesmaids dresses but we decide not to do it after horrible treatment. I would never recommend this place.

you need to teach your employees not to lie to paying customers. came into store Tuesday to buy my strapless corset bra. wasnt sure of my size so she let me try one on. the one i tried on fit but i noticed it was stretched out, had a pink stain on it and that the eyelets were pulling out. i told her it fit so she took it and said she was going to grab a new one. i get home and pull it out if bag and its the same used stretched out stained one. im not happy. paid $80 plus for it. you need to make this right

First off, asked for anything black, having a Halloween wedding and while beautiful, white and poofy isnt my thing at all (Im aiming to look like the Queen of Hell here). Got treated as if I had 3 heads. Got scoffed at for a solid 2 minutes before getting passed off to someone who was actually helpful but still heard the other staff say "oh so it's not a REAL wedding" while looking through the dresses that were more my style.
