I had pretty good service when I originally went in for my appt. found my dream dress and said yes to the dress. The lady that checked us out said the dress wouldn’t be in till AT LEAST April. However I finally got a call today and I wasn’t able to get to my phone and they left a voicemail. The voicemail said that my dress has been in since the end of March (bought it March 2nd) and that this was my final notice and they would no longer be held responsible or it anymore. Worse sales lady ever. Why would she keep showing us size 20 or 22 when the bride was a 30-32 dress she couldn’t even try to fit in it to get a idea to see what it looked like. Then she would leave us to help others then tell us to go look at dresses ourselves . I hope she doesn’t work on commission . The smallest rooms to try dresses on. No discounts . We had to pay $11 to put the wedding dress in when the dress already cost 1,000.00 .

Bought a beautiful wedding dress from this location. But Do Not get your dress altered there!!!! Emily was the girl doing the alterations She was rude, gave the cost for alterations at $480.00. By the 2nd and 3rd fitting w same fitting issues not fixed. Third fitting finally addressing the Issue and fixing it, informed me there would be a additional charge if 85.00, for something that could easily be fixed after first fitting. RecommendedOh my gosh! I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Tram!!! I went in several times to try on my dress during alterations, and each time we discussed that she might have to put in a corset back to fit me. I reallllllly didn’t want this, but I knew that she could only do so much. I just came in today to pick up my dress from it’s final alteration, and she did it!! My daughter and her best friend was there yesterday and they had the worst experience ever, completely rude to them both made my daughters best friend cry!!! The manager Rachael is the most rudest inconsiderate person and the things she said to a young adult was so uncalled for. I will never step foot in this store or recommend it to anyone ever again!!!
i went there today found a dress was told it was 139.00 so I go to pay for it and the girl says oh I made a mistake its 349.00. Im so disappointed no apology nothing. thats Davids Bridal in ottawa. Like really why couldn't I still get at 139 since it was her mistake. not impressed at all and very disappointed

My daughter and I shopped for prom dresses here in Greenfield on Monday afternoon. The store was not busy but the staff was very unhelpful, talking to each other and not paying attention to the customers. Nobody offered to help us with dresses or checked to see how my daughter was doing in the fitting room. I had to seek out workers a few times just to ask basic questions. The staff was very friendly when my daughter was trying on prom dresses on a Monday evening. They answered our questions and confirmed that alterations could still be done on time if we paid a rush fee. My daughter narrowed it down to 2 choices and put them both on hold until the end of the day Tuesday. I called the store on Tuesday afternoon and told them I wanted to purchase one of the dresses.
