Worst wedding experience yet! I made an appt. back in March for my wedding party to find bridesmaid dresses- when we got there this Saturday we were told we only had one dressing room for all 6 of us. On top of that, there were no chairs for our use. After my bridesmaids would try on a dress- someone would come and say.. "are you done with that?" and take it. A pretty unprofessional and chaotic experience over all.

Don’t ever see Melissa. She stood there staring at me the entire time and was making my bridesmaids try on size 20 dresses when they’re a solid size 10... it was god awful. We left with nothing.

I am very disappointed. I bought 2 hair pieces from the Omaha David's Bridal a month ago with a wedding date if April 29. Still have not received my second hair piece that I was trying to get in time for my hair trial and am still waiting for it. found out yesterday that it was never ordered or they had sold it to another bride yesterday morning. so my next hair trial is Tuesday and need it by then. can someone help me get my item I purchased to me?!?!?!. very frustrated.

Last month I went in the get my bridesmaid dress altered. Today, a month later I'm told it's too small (won't zip around bust and waist). I'm shocked as I maintain a fairly strict diet and exercise daily.... the clerk then tells me I'm 3 inches bigger in my waist and proceeds to take new measurements. EVERY.SINGLE.MEASUREMENT is the same EXCEPT my waist. When I approach the clerk about it to mention this discrepancy was a mistake on their part (everyone makes mistakes) I'm told that it's impossible they've taken the measurem... read more

Very rude customer service in the store, also on the phone. I believe her name is Hayley. Very dull and not friendly.

Booked an appt for my cousins bridal party for us to try on bridesmaid dresses. The bride of the group kept zipping up our dresses and running back to grab us the sizes we needed because our consultant did not help us at all. We asked for dress clips and she just handed them to the bride for her to do it all herself. It was terrible service, and the lady was no help to us at all.

Alterations is the absolute worst. I was ready to buy THE dress until she decided to scold me for the changes I wanted to discuss as it "ruined the dress" and that I should pick another in place of ruining the designers vision. I love the consultant I had she was amazing but I can't purchase from a place that refuses to listen to me.

Lisa the manager is very nasty. After spending $600 on brides maids dresses, her employee told me I had to pay for shipping. I had to call back twice. Then lisa said she will ship it and hung up! Worse customer service and very unprofessional towards me!
