A good and bad experience. I made an appointment for my bridal dress a few months ago and it was a horrible experience. The associate was also with another group so she was go for about 10-15mins and come back. I would be standing there in a wedding dress waiting for her to come back and change into another one. I didnt get to try many on. I decided to get my dress somewhere else. But, I had a great experience with shopping for bridesmaids dresses. My initial appointment at David’s was wonderful and the person assisting me was great, however when I went back for a follow up appointment it was only to try on two dresses I couldn’t decide between and take care of my bridesmaids. So disappointed!!!! I ordered my wedding shoes almost 3 weeks ago which they never bothered to let me know that they canceled my order. I desperately need these shoes as I couldn’t find them where I live. They just left me stranded! Now I have only 3 weeks to find my wedding shoes. Thanks Davids Bridal!

Went to Davis bridal tonight for my future sister in law. The consultant was ok to the bridesmaids but she was horrible to the bride to be. Made many comments to and about about her not finding the perfect dress right off the bat. Made comments about the amount of money she was spending ( by the way was about $1,000). My mom came into the shop today to buy a dress for her soon to be wedding. We were put with a lady named Kenny. My mom is very reserved and private. She was told to strip to her underwear and she would help with the rest. My mom had to stand there with her pants over her due to every time Kenny opened the door a crowd right in front of the dressing room would see her and it made her feel horrible. My Fiancé ordered a dress from here. A couple weeks later she received an email that the dress had arrived and she has 7 days to pick it up. We both went to the store 2 days after the email was sent and they told us that it had shipped out because it was in the store for more than 14 days. When arriving at our door, the dress came in a small package all wrinkled. Your Deptford NJ location is horrible! I mean absolutely terrible. I don’t even know how they are still in business after the way they treat people. First of all I worked retail for many years and customer service jobs for more than a decade and could not believe the amount of unprofessional coming from this location. Terrible customer service!! Ordered bridesmaid dress and received the wrong style after 3 months of waiting. Sonya, the store manager, offered no solution and hung up on me!!!!This is totally their mistake! She offered no solution until I called back and got her name and escalated to the corporate office. (However, The corporate office doesn’t answer the phone! No wonder David’s Bridal filed for bankruptcy a few years ago.)
