While the lady who helped us was very nice..she was far from helpful! We had a appoinment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. She didn't bother to help my bridesmaid zip the dresses or get herself into them. She also didn't clip the dresses to allow her to see how they would fit they were the correct size. I went into the dressing room with her and hung up all the dresses and zipped her into each one. My bridesmaid even asked her help with zipping one and she looked right at me and said "Have your friend help you" she was ... read more

Awful customer service. Was never greeted or asked if I needed help. Walked around the entire store twice and passes several employees that never greeted or asked if I needed anything. Two ladies at front just stood there chatting vs. helping customers. Will never recommend this store to anyone.

To summarize... it is as if I'm doing them a favor... my consultant seemed annoyed and it made me and my family feel so uncomfortable. I did buy a dress... I like it, but my mom and I decided on trying out a different bridal shop for a second gown. One of my bridesmaids bought hers there too, but I don't want the rest to. This is where I bought all my gowns for other events in the past as well as recommend to other people... but after this experience I honestly don't want to go back there. It is 2019....I don’t understand why brick mortar store operations don’t communicate with the online operations. I ordered a dress online and needed to exchange it for same exact dress in a different size which they have at the local store. However, due to antiquated technology and policies my only option is to purchase dress from store and hope I can return the dress purchased online. Absurd and terrible for customer relations.

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I’ve heard bad stories about David’s Bridal, but as I’m sitting in the dressing room waiting for my half altered bridesmaid dress to be cleaned and steamed I totally understand the nightmares. My dress was supposed to have been done a week ago but due to my own scheduling I waited a week to pick it up on one of the days they allow pickups. The hemming was done and that was it. I contacted customer service as website clearly state some items are able to be exchanged. I do not want to return the dress - I need to exchange it for something else. New with tags and in original bag. I've bought 4 dresses from the Mobile store for my daughters but will buy no more. Customer Service told me their were signs stating sales were final. I was there to shop - not read. It would've been nice to be informed of the policy.

The service lacked a lot to be desired. The stylist did nothing but carry the dresses to the dressing room. We found several dresses to try on in a variety of price ranges. We got them out of the bags and put them back in when we were finished with no assistance. We found our own belts and bling with no assistance. We pulled shoes ourself. She pulled a couple of veils and brought them out and clipped 2 of the dresses. We pulled a few dresses from the clearance $99 rack with a sign clearly above the rack. We found j... read more
