my granddaughter bought her prom dress there at the Fargo location. 160.00 to alter it. went there yesterday to pick it up. now the top of dress is way to tight. very uncomfortable. seamstress didnt seem to care. prom is less than two weeks away and we live 90 miles away from location. she should have been offered a discount. a beautiful comfortable dress to now going to be a long long day wearing it.

Horrible experience in the Modesto store. I accompanied my cousin dress shopping and her consultant (Brittany) was horrible. She made the bride to be feel humiliated and not worthy of a dress. Her budget was not in the thousands but it was a decent amount and when she heard what it was right away her attitude changed as if it was not enough. She did not help the bride to be to change in or out of her dresses and when asked if there where any styles close to what the bride was interested in we where told, "Not in her budget."... read more
all I can say is the service here is horrible, and I feel really bad for my best friend that I feel got completely ripped off from her special day, I have been to David's bridal 3 times now in about 5 years and each time was Terrible.

The worst experience I’ve had. I picked my dress up when it came in, with the excitement of getting the dress I did not notice there were tiny rips in the dress until I got it home. Customer service and manager told me sales are final and I would have to pay to get it fixed in alterations. I did not purchase a ripped dress...I do not recommend to anyone save yourselves the disappointment and heartbreak.

Went to David's to look at wedding dresses today, with an appointment. I was put in a tiny corner room although bigger rooms up on the platform were open. The associate Gail was horrible. She didn't pick any of the dresses on my list and instead picked poofy ball gowns when I explained I wanted a light flowy dress. She didn't help to clip any of my dresses. At one point she brought over a brown / pink dress and I politely told her I didn't like it. She proceeded to roll her eyes and say " so you're not even going to try it?"... read more

Had a scheduled appointment- Girl was new, knew nothing was no help, more concerned with hanging up clothes, measured my granddaughters incorrectly, measured my daughter incorrectly , could not use the computer correctly at checkout We had to go to the manager to finish our checkout.
