David's Bridal was amazing when I got married in 2011. Unfortunately, am divorcing and no need to keep wedding dress around so instead of throwing it away, thought I would offer to sell it to anyone interested in buying a one time used wedding dress. For more details, message me.
Terrible experience! Nobody had any idea what they were doing including the “store manager” she was asking other employees what she had to do. Will not be back.
I have to say a special thank you to the wonderful staff at David’s Bridal at the Avenue. The zipper in Madysen’s dress broke at 4:00 today. I panic and ran around like a crazy person. We got in the car and I called David’s Bridal ready to fight I said “I bought an almost $400 dress from you and the zipper just broke an hour before prom pictures “ the David’s Bridal employee said “Oh no can you get here right now? customer service is horrible!!!! we went here to get my moms wedding dress, the first time they were rude, made a comment about the dresses not being like dress from "Ross" which I dont know if she was implying that we only shop at Ross so my mom went in a couple of days later to talk to the manager who scheduled us an appointment for the following Saturday. the appointment went well, found a dress, ordered it. it came in early so when we went to pick it up the same girl that had been rude to us the first time was there ... read more

ordered a bridesmaid gown on 3/9/19. Expected arrival date 4/8/19. I called on 4/12/19 to check on arrival and they didn't order it told me I carried it out that day. I bought 2 dresses that day 1 for prom I carried out 1 for wedding had to be ordered! HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT!

I am very appalled by the experience my Best friend told she had at David's Bridal in Portland. First off they gave her an incorrect appointment date of when her bridal gown would be altered. They then made her wait for 1 hr to find the dress in the building where it was supposed to be altered to then discover it had not be altered. If you're on a budget and need to get something from the clearance area, don't go here. My daughter and I went just a couple of days ago. The girl that helped us was very rude and even made the remark that she doesn't deal with the clearance aisle. This made my daughter very uncomfortable and embarrassed. We left without purchasing anything and found her a beautiful dress elsewhere.

Today, I went to David'd Bridal to have my bridesmaid dress altered, and I was overall disappointed with the entire appointment. I received my dress months ago, and was advised by multiple employees at the store to wait until closer to the wedding to start alterations due to my pregnancy (understandable). Every time I would call and talk to someone about scheduling the alterations they kept advising to wait until about 2 weeks before the wedding.
