This was one of the WORST experiences ever! They are very unorganized! Staff told my bridal party I wasn’t there yet, but I was! The consultant was sooo lost and didn’t know anything at all! We had to help her pull dresses and I was borrowing clips from other staff! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

This was the worst experience ever!!! The Manager was so snappy when I was asking about steaming my dress..I told them not to put my dress in the bag after it was steamed..had manager approval for it to stay out of the bag overnight. Went the next day to pick it up and dress had been put in the bag so it had to be restrained. Just a awful experience!!

alterations are over priced....paid more in alterations almost than the dress...it was like paying twice for a plain dress....

Horrible experience. I paid for my dress in full, then they had THREE dresses in a row come in damaged. Not even just by my standards but also by the stores. Two of them they didn’t even have me come look at they just called and said they would be ordering another. The one I did see had makeup smeared all over it (supposed to be brand new) and the stitching and beading was falling out everywhere. This went on for almost four months. Had a terrible experience here shopping for wedding veils. Unpleasant and unfriendly staff on a Tuesday morning when no one else was in the store, not once did the salespeople ask if I needed help or offered me assistance. Won’t be spending $275+ for a veil at this store!

Terrible customer service! I was asked to CHANGE the colors of my bridesmaids dresses because the color I wanted wouldn’t be in on time. Our consultant had my girls try on dress after dress, and when we decided on one and went to pay, the dresses she had them try on (that they loved) were unavailable, and it was made to seem like my fault that I came in 3 months before my wedding. By far the most unprofessional place I have ever been. When we decided to take our dress back with us and let family alter it, we go into the back only to hear the seamstress and the store manager running their mouth about us!
