I had my alterations completed at the Independence David Bridal. I don’t feel like the seamstress knew how to work with the dress material. I have these little lace pieces that just stick up on the side. The neck was way to tight, and had to be redone. This was already after it had been over the date that I was told my dress be ready. Also when I called one employee told me about a spray that may help with the funky chemical smell my dress had from shipping, and we had discussed it during my fitting. My worst nightmare of bringing 2 little kids to go shopping for my daughters prom dress! We had so much help from korynna and she mad us feel very welcomed! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Am I am the bride. I had my sister make an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses. I had already picked out dresses all she needed to do was try them on. Her appointment was at 3:00 yesterday. Her bridal consultant couldn’t be bothered with her. My sister told her she was a size 10 her bridal consultant brought her 12s 14s and even a size 0. I am the maid of honour for one of my dearest friends, her advocate, her voice and her right hand woman! No stars Don't waste your time in Springfield Missouri. Staff was rude, snappy. When you call to say something about it, lady on the phone laughts. Customer service they do not have

My first appointment with David Bridal was AMAZING. I was so impressed, the girls were so friendly and helpful! My second appointment was for my flower girls, where i was just shown my changing rooms and i never seen the worker again til i wanted to order my dresses (which i had to wait at the counter for. Lastly, i just had my appointment to pick up my wedding dress. The ladies handed me my dress (no undergarments even though i asked for them) and showed me my room. Horrible experience. Employees were rude and seemed uninterested in anything other than personal talk with other employees.

Store employees were not helpful at all! Found the perfect bridesmaid dress & of course it was discontinued. She didn’t offer to help us find another dress or see if it was available at another location. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I had made an appointment for my gown and when I got there they had overbooked two brides at the same time. I barely had any help. Thank god I had someone with me to actually help me get into the dresses. Luckily I was able to find a gown (on my own) and when I went to pick it up it was apparently an inconvenience to try it on before leaving. Since I was there and one of my bridesmaids was with me I figured she could try ONE dress on since it was a dead night. And again that seemed like a giant inconvenience as well. I recen... read more
