I went there today it was busy. And the girl that took care of me didn’t talk much. Even though I did find a dress. I am not to happy. She said if I ordered the dress it wouldn’t arrive until June the wedding is in July. So I had no choice but to buy it off the rack. Long story short - unorganized, NO customer service experience whatsoever, employees seem much more interested in their personal lives than helping customers. I can not belief they are giving this wrinkled up dress to the costumer and saying „just take it in the bathroom when you shower“. Unbelievable!!! I would definitely not recommend this store to any wedding party!!!

My daughter ordered her bridesmaid dress online. She was told to order one size larger than she wears. So she did. It was a simple gray long chiffon dress. It didn’t even come close to fitting her. So now it is non refundable. When she contacted customer service it sounded like they were reading from a script. The worst comment was. “If that’s all for today. we went to an appointment yesterday all was good until the consulant next to us kept mumbling stuff under his breath about our party , he was very rude didnt get his name but he wears glasses and has dark hair. Had my sister not feel in love with the very last dress she tried on we would of took our business else where . But definatly dont recommend and wont recommend this location because of him .

Booked an appointment but had No help from attendant assigned to us. It was over crowded and over booked. No one helped to clip or offer suggestions for dresses. It was complete chaos and have zero desire to go back there again

The girls THST work in this store are arrogant and don’t help with the fitting of the dress. Prior to buying they are all over you. Come back to try on and make sure it fits they could care less. They ignore you. They talk on the phones. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Overall nothing to write home about... I got what I wanted and that was a bridesmaid's dress. I went and tried on the dress that I had been looking at online and ordered it to the store in the color that I wanted. The dress did come quickly BUT it's smaller than the one that I tried on originally and fits differently which is pretty frustrating considering I spent $160+ on it and now have to have it altered and hemmed.
