Very little help when I was there to try on dresses. The lady that was supposed to be helping me was more worried about the bride next to me. When I paid for my dress they told me when it came in that I would pick it up and make my appointment to have it altered. Now my dress came in and they don’t have any appointments available to get the dress back in time. Told me I was supposed to make my appointment when I ordered my dress.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Not only did I feel rushed but dresses totally opposite of what I liked kept getting pulled for me. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wont be going back!

We love David’s Bridal but the sales consultant was so pushy it sent my daughter into a panic attack and I had to step in and stop them. If the bride tells you something she DOES NOT want DONT try to talk her into something else. If the bride tells you she’s happy with her selection DONT keep pushing for her to change her mind.

My fiance and I are doing city hall in may so I wanted an inexpensive dress, I booked an appointment for March 24th and met with the specialist Kia, as soon as I told her my budget she got really rude and inpatient and was very unhelpful, my heart broke I booked an appointment to get the help for a reason,this was by far the worst experience, I felt extremely rushed and like I was wasting her time. This is THE WORST David's. dont waste ur time here. or ur money for that matter. make the trip to Robinson. Pittsburgh. Cleveland. anywhere BUT HERE!!!

Pretty bare bones for such a special occasion. Sitting on cabinets as no chairs were available, not even water offered to drink, pretty crowded.

We had a hard time looking for what we wanted. I think if the store was color coordinated/organized it would be easier to see the styles in the color you were interested in .

my appointment was at 1030 took my stylist till 11 to even acknowledge I was there. fun tip for you guys if a girl measures at a 24 or higher don't bring her a 14 to "try on" it's impossible. took my stylist 45 mins to bring me a dress. literally broke down in the dressing room. felt judged and unwanted. Was scary enough as a bigger girl going into a bridal shop, and then to be treated this way... Was uncalled for and ridiculous! so thanks davids for making what's supposed to be the happiest time in my life the absolute wors... read more
