Poor selection of flower girl dresses. The person we had an appointment with was not helpful at all. The dressing rooms were full of other things that were never put away. Sad compared to 10 years ago. I wouldn’t waste my time or money there.

I’ve made two appointments with David’s bridal to look for bridal gowns and I had the same consultant each time. The consultant seemed very annoyed that she was helping me for the second time, didn’t say hello to me and just followed me around as I picked different dresses this time. I tried on a few dresses each time and my consultant seemed annoyed when I would ask to try on others after the first 3 I didn’t like. Very disappointed. Our visit started out great!! Alyssa did great with helping us out!! Fantastic!! Grabbing dresses to show us and just always there! With all the dresses we had, the bride found her Dream dress! It was her size and on clearance. I happened to go online to look the dress up to see if we could have a new one shipped to her rather then buying the floor sample. It was great cause it ended up being cheaper online. I’m a bit disappointed to be honest... I had a wonderful time trying on dresses and Kirsten and the (blonde) Sales Manager were AMAZING at finding dresses in my style and within my budget. I finally found a beautiful new David’s Bridal mermaid dress, cost $799. Unfortunately, the dress was special order only and it would not get here in time for our big day. My experience here was horrific!! I did not even get a dress on before I felt so uncomfortable I just walked out the door. The gal who was helping us could not stop yanking dresses from us and yelling at us about looking at them!! I understand if you want the dresses handled a certain way however please explain how you would like that done! After the third time she was awful she had to dismiss herself because one of my bridesmaids asked if she could maybe talk to us with a little respect. Advertising states walk in welcome, drove two hours to get there and they weren’t going to even let us look! Horrible customer service, snotty attitudes!

I will never go back to This store or any David’s Bridals again. I bought a formal dress from them a few weeks ago and needed to return it. This was my first time purchasing a dress from them. It never dawned on me that all sales are final. So when I tried to return it they said I couldn’t and advised me of the policy. Why was I not informed at checkout??? Even though this dress had never been worn, still had tags, no alterations and early in Prom season, I still couldn’t return it. So now I have a $230 dress that I can’t w... read more
