Wow gotta love that I was sold a dress that had a huge stain on it that was not noticeable until the flash of a camera went off. Call this location and I'm told you can't help me. This dress has sat in the bag since the day I bought it untouched and now I'm out the money I paid for a crap dress.
This place is horrible!!!!!! I don’t recommend anyone to shop here. I’m so disappointed with my appointment today!!!

first I'm going to say that we had an appointment for my mom today and apparently they booked 2 brides for the only stylist in and it was horrible bcus the lady was spending every second of her time helping the younger bride instead of splitting her time we literally had no help we pulled 5 dresses to try on and by the time she took the dresses to supposedly be getting my moms size and we got to the dressing room we only had 2 dresses and looked at us crazy when we asked her about it, I had to help my mom every single step o... read more

i walked in, walked all around the store and I was there for about 20 min. tried on a dress even, no one said a word to me... my mom was in the store also. not a word to her either.... nonone else was in the store. Even when i left the two girls standing there said nothing. worst service ever. needless to say. i did not buy a dress from here.

Don’t ever go to this store. The stylist are rude they don’t order the right colors. Everything they say they have won’t be in on time or don’t have the right color or size. My bridesmaids ended up with different colors and material, when I asked for all the same color and material.

This place is a joke. U spend a lot of money on the dresses and they charge a lot to alter them. My sister got her dress from here for my wedding. Mind u she paid $200 for it. She was getting her dress altered and told the lady to take it in a little more because she knew she was gonna loose weight. They charged her $85 to alter it. She went back to try it on after they altered it and still wasn’t rite. They wanted to charge her another $85. This is ridiculous. She could have bought another dress for that much. When I went to David’s Bridal a little over a week ago (Friday, March 1st), I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My consultant was Hannah K. - she was terrible. Not only did she take on two appointments at once, but she was pushy and rude (not only to my family, but to the other bride and her family as well). Because she took on two appointments at once, my aunt had to help me in and out of dresses, clip them, etc. I will not recommend David’s to anyone. I would definitely not ever recommend David’s Bridal (especially this location) to anybody. I purchased a dress and tried on one size that fit ok but the stylist felt it was necessary to order up a size without any explanation. The stylist and alterations manager both gave me their word that I would be able to exchange for a new size if needed ( no matter the amount of time in between). So now I am down quite a few sizes and they refuse to let me exchange the dress even thought they previously said they would. So here I am 5... read more
