I would not recommend this place I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses. The women at the desk initially couldn’t find my appointment. After waiting I got looked after my stylist then quickly started looking for dresses for me. I told her my style I was looking for she tried finding my size, unfortunately no luck finding a dress. The part that was annoying is she had another client during my appointment. Stylist was super flaky and kept disappearing and was more concerned with her breaks then actually helping us. All in all, poor customer service

I don't understand how this place is still in business. they double booked appointments and the bride I was with got NO help. so it was up to us bridesmaids to find and help dress her. not to mention there is absolutely zero places for waiting so 10 of us were crowded in one tiny area. To top it off...after 2 hours if looking for bridesmaids dresses the one style we choose was discontinued (which we didn't find out til we went to pay at the register). so we couldn't even order them. If I could give my experience zero stars, I would. Arrived on time for our bridesmaid dress appointment and had to wait 20 minutes before we were paired with our “assistant”. The store was completely crowded, overwhelming, and overbooked. The store itself was chaotic, messy, disaster. Our assistant was incredibly slow and seemed to be helping other groups as well as ours so they were probably understaffed as well as overbooked. My first appointment was w Brittany and she was so wonderful helped find both my girls dresses and then helped me find several. Upon returning I think the girls name was lisa was rude suggesting that I “had been thru this once Before”. I guess because I’m in my fourties with a child that gave her the right to assume something about me. She did not help me with getting in or out of my dress and when I asked for a dress she brought me one that was two sizes to small. I left in tears .

HORRIBLE! My ladies tried on 20 dresses only to be told that those dresses would not be available for a wedding that would be in June. Our appointment at this David’s Bridal location is in early March, and you are telling me you can’t have dresses in within 90 days out from the wedding? My party felt misinformed. I went here for both a bridal appointment and a bridesmaid appointment and for both it was extremely crowded, busy, and unwelcoming. Even though I made an appointment ahead of time, for both appointments my party was skipped and forgotten about. worst experience ever. We had Elaine. There was hardly any attention paid to my daughter that was looking for TWO dresses for her sweet 16. We also were looking for 3 gowns for myself, Aunt and cousin. I asked the stylist a couple of times for help with a dress for my daughter, but instead she told me to go look over there 👈. I guess they don't mind losing over $1,000.00
