My soon to be sister-in-law and her brides maids made an appointment like they were suppose to do for this past weekend to look at dresses for the brides maids. Well the consultant that approached them had a problem with the party being 5 and the appointment was for 4 to try on(the bride didn’t need to try on anything). I purchased my wedding dress here and two bridesmaids got their dresses here. When I called to make an appointment for my last bridesmaid to try the dress on to get her size, they told me one bridesmaid was a walk-in. I don’t care if I have 1 or 10, I wanted an appointment so we wouldn’t have to wait forever to try on a dress or two until we found her size. I went to David's Bridal in Syracuse today for my alterations, but to understand what follows I have to go back to my original appointment. This was very terrible experience!!! After having an appointment we had no dressing room. Once we finally got one we had poor assistance . Ended up having to find all our own dresses. Tried asking for help from the person assigned to us and they referred us to the catalog instead of HELPING US. I have always had great experiences with David’s bridal but not with this one. They need better customer service. 😩

I can’t believe how bad of an experience I had at David’s bridal in Mississauga. I had booked an appointment for my six bridesmaids to try on dresses. When we arrived we found out that not only could we not get the colour we wanted but that six girls must share ONE change room. The appointment was supposed to be an hour long ... 6 girls at 5mins per dress would only be each girl trying on TWO dresses each. Totally unacceptable. Poor experience today. Not one person asked if I needed help and then I waited in line for 20 minutes while the disorganized staff and rude customers hashed out their layaway plan. The carpets were gross and the the place in disarray.

I took a special needs young lady to this dress shop. The four white ladies at the desk when you first enter the store wouldn't help us at all. I didnt make a big deal about it we just went on in and decided to help out self's. we pulled all of out own dresses and didnt have help with the dressing rooms.. she did find a beautiful dress here. I dont think I will return to this location

First of all I purchased my wedding dress, 2 bridesmaid dresses and an outfit for my mother here. In total we spent over $1500....inexpensive by wedding industry standards but still, expensive to me. When I first went in to find a dress the girl we met with was helpful enough although it was clear she was just trying to make the sale.
