Very disappointed by the service here. I've been here twice and both times have been a horrible experience. Both online and in store seem to be struggling with customer service. It is no wonder they are not doing well as a business. Maybe treat your paying customers better and you'll do well? 🤷♀️🤔

They treat you great while you’re dress shopping but once they have your money customer service goes out the window. Embarrassed by the way my bridesmaids were treated after their dresses were paid for. First phone call received was today stating that the dress was going to be sent back if it wasn’t picked up, claiming the dress has been in for 11 days. Yet a call was never received when the dress came in. Management seemed to be very unapologetic. Would never buy a dress from David’s Bridal again.
I had a horrible time wedding dress shopping at Davids bridal yesterday. The sales lady did not listen to a single thing I was saying. She kept bringing me dresses that were the exact opposite of what I told her I wanted. Then she started bringing me dresses hundreds of dollars out of the price range I gave her. Then I asked towards the end of my apt if I could retry on the one dress I liked she said "well yeah but you need to hurry". Mind you it was still within my appointment time frame. DO NOT go to the Davids Bridal in Deptford, New Jersey. Never in my life have I seen a more mismanaged organization or encountered such horrendous customer service. Not only did they treat my sister and I horribly the first time we went in, but then made another bridesmaid feel terrible when they told her the WRONG wedding date and that she was the only one without a dress. I typically don't complain much and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however every experience I had at Davids Bridal was horrible! Was the only vendor that made me actually cry. From the beginning when I bought my dress I was not given the option to try on a different size, not thinking about it I bought the size they suggested, only to find out this is how they make money on alterations. Our experience was absolutely awful completely unorganized and Hectic. My bridal party was told they needed to move from the assigned rooms three or four times as other consultants had been assigned to them. We felt rushed and unimportant. Our consultant kept taking the dresses the girls wanted to change back into away while they where trying to decide between two of them. It was an awful experience and therefore will not be recommending.
In May I took my bridesmaids to David's to look at wedding dresses with me. Although we were just looking, I ended up purchasing the dress that day! Everything went great and we were told that if the bridesmaids purchased their dresses at David's, they'd get a 20% discount since I got my wedding dress there.
