horrible experience. we made an appt for 2 bridesmaids and were told we would have to share a room which we both weren't comfortable doing...therefore had to try on all the dresses I had in mind then she was to go after me.. in the middle of me trying dresses on I hear a knock on the door, and a consult walks in on me getting dressed!!! she does not acknowledge herself, apologize but say "this is her room" and the employee shouldn't of put us there. her and other employee begin to argue in front of us. we are then moved to a... read more

I got my dress here about a month ago. It was a great experience! Tionka was the one that actually found my dress, not me! She knew what I wanted more than I did and was so helpful and encouraging. I didn’t get it that day, but how I felt when I didn’t bring it home; I knew it was the one. We went and bought it and Devon helped us, and it was just a great experience with both of them. Worst experience ever. All my bridesmaids have dresses they are swimming in due to the "recommended dress size of their measurements". They were unprofessional and rude, I'll never do business with Davids and have nothing good to say about them.

This store the one manager is so rude. Gave me attitude because I cancelled a layaway due to the bride not approving then told me she couldn’t order my dress in time for the wedding. Guess what I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to the Trevose store and they were absolute professionals. They ordered my dress and I got it way early. So the Whitehall store obviously didn’t want the sale.

I made an alterations appointment a week in advance for my bridesmaid dress, and they did not bother to put it in the system. I drove over an hour just to be told that I would have to come back at another time if I wanted to be served. I will be taking my alterations business elsewhere.
