Don’t EVER buy a dress at David’s Bridal!!! The customer service is horrible!! The stylist was double booked and spent all time with people looking for bridesmaid dresses so we had to help my daughter to fit the dress. They do not exchange anything if you plan to spend more money. They knew we wanted to exchange when we came in - but told us no when we went to check out. NO WONDER THEY ARE IN BANKRUPTCY!!!!! #davidsbridalsucks!

Women go here to find their perfect dress for prom, weddings, etc not to be body shamed or ignored. My sister went there today with her best friend and she left there in tears. She was measured and then completely ignored by all of the employees but as soon as a thinner girl came in they all went to help her. Can I just say really bad service and don’t ever go here. We were super uncomfortable. Bunch of homophobic customers and employees who defended them and told us to shush.

our daughter was stressed when she got there,but the attendant there made her feel like a bride to be. it was hard being on facetime through the whole thing being stationed in Korea but the bridal attendant made it all COME together. thank you David's Bridal.

Found a dress that I absolutely loved (that was a specialty dress) and the consultant told me that it would come in the same color wine that all the other brides maid dresses came in (the only reason I was 100% set on getting the dress) not only myself but my sister (bride) and mother all asked the consultant (3 people 3 different times about the color) she said it was not a problem and everyone would match perfectly! I will recommend this place only because we have purchased items here before with no issues. But...The one time you purchase a $200 bridesmaid gown and the wedding is called off, you can not return the dress. What am I suppose to do with this monstrosity now? Thanks for your ridiculous no return policy...I even have the receipt and the tags are on the dress.

When I went in for my appointment with my 6 bridesmaids it was very very busy. The girl dealing with us was also dealing with multiple wedding parties. Some of my girls paid on the spot and others did not. However, they got their payments all messed up. One who paid wasn’t even put in the system at all, so her dress wasn’t ordered. Another one had paid and they didn’t bother telling her it didn’t go through (from mistakenly taking her credit information wrong). I had a decent experience however this location shared my personal information (name, email, etc) with a Mary Kay vendor. I looked up their privacy policy and they directly violated it by sharing my personal info. Tried to reach a manager but only “bridal event experts” have reached out. I would have NEVER bought my dress here if I knew these horrible, shady and dangerous practices.
