The staff is extremely rude. The "stylist" made me feel so self conscious and uncomfortable, rushed me with finding a dress that I liked in my price range, and I still left upset and $150 over budget. I dont love my dress. the stylist, Brenda, basically hurried me to pick a dress and was uncaring and inconsiderate towards my budget. I will be sure to let all of my friends know not to show with David's bridal for their wedding. as this location as ruined my image of this special time.

This was my first experience shopping for a wedding dress. Yaquelin was my stylist. These are the concerns I have: The accessory that was picked out for my dress was expensive and one of the stones were missing, which I noticed after the fact from pictures being taken. My first Bridal experience with David's Bridal - Novi , MI (0279) was chaotic, disorganized, and frustrating. I booked my 3p 90 min appointment online 2/16/19; after creating a DB profile, selecting ‘Favorites’ for my Bridal Party dress styles, and speaking with Duncan to confirm details for my appointment. My daughter & I went prom dress shopping for the first time today. David's Bridal was our first stop. As soon as we walked in, we were asked what we were looking for. We showed her a picture of a dress my daughter liked. We were just there for our bridesmaids dress shopping, terrible service once they found out the bride didn't purchase her dress there! Lady put us in our dressing room, and never came back until we were done trying on 8 different dresses! She then approached us when we were done and walking out. Bridal Elegance, here we come!

Came in to look at dresses on what I thought was going to be a nice day with my sisters to get ready for my sister's big day. The line was out the door with people waiting to be checked in because so many people were scheduled at the same time. Was told we had to make an appointment 3 hours out in order to even try one on which should be specified on the site that you have to make an appointment to do so.
