I came here with a friend of mine looking for prom dresses. Although it was a busy day, the consultants were not very attentive or polite. They also didn’t tell my friend that she only had thirty minutes to try on dresses and was rushed through the entire process even though they were definitely other walk-ins there who had been there longer than her. She ended up leaving with NOTHING and very disappointed. Never coming to this location again.

So unorganized. I will say that the lady who assisted me in finding my dress was so sweet and fun to work with but that's about where my patience ended with David's. After finding my dress and setting up layaway for it, including making a deposit. I returned a week or two later to make a payment and they could not find me in their system. They had none of my information correct, my phone number was wrong, email wrong, I'm fairly certain they even had my name spelled wrong. In past years, we have had successful experiences with David's Bridal in another North Dakota city, which has since closed. However, our trip to the Fargo location was less than successful and rather unpleasant. The trip to this store took quite a bit of planning as the bride and most of the accompanying party live 5 hours away in western ND. Additionally, the bride's mother flew in from out of state. I know that there are plenty of online retailers now that sell bridesmaid dresses, but I wanted my bridesmaids to be able to try them on first. I found a few dresses that I personally liked for them to wear, and I let everyone try it on in the store. We were here for an appointment for my daughter's wedding today and I'm very disappointed. What should have been a wonderful and fun experience was an awful experience. The lady that was assigned to us was rude and not helpful at all. Our questions and concerns were dismissed and we had to wait an unbelievable amount of time to receive help. We were very patient as we understood she had several other families to help, but this was just the worst and therefore we have decided to purchase elsewhere.
It was not a great experience we had to wait and then we got a manager to come to us she decided to turn around and talk to somebody else while trying to take care of us I will never go there again. Very rude

Taylor, at the Miamisburg location, was very helpful, professional, and sweet. I would return again because of her service. However, I would NOT return to the Cincinnati location! Our stylist, while she was nice to me, did not help my mother-in-law at all. Basically ignored her. Very rude.
