Alterations are a joke. If I wanted it to look like I did some of them, I would have done them myself. the hem was great and bustle was okay. but they turned a straight neckline into a sweetheart and sewed in some Bob pads so I dont need a bra and I could have actually done a better job myself for a lot less than $150. Ridiculous. In addition, the girls who helped my on pickup hadn't touched the dress. I thought that was the point of having to make an appointment to pick up? Came in to find a bridesmaids dress. Was given the consultant Tracy. Did not like her at all! She was very demanding, lack of attention to not only me but to my boyfriend and gave me both dresses & shoes that did not fit even after I told her my size. On the other hand, Adidjra (?) was VERY nice, helpful and made sure I had everything I needed & wanted.

I only recommend the location if you go see Michelle or Natalie. they are money hungry and very inconvenient. this experience has been very rough

It is 3:30! I’m right in front of the store! I was not informed of this and I’m not impressed! Somebody needs to come give me my dress! I live in Oak Harbor and I’ve been in front of the store for almost an hour! Some of needs to come open the door and give me my dress and you can cancel my alterations appointment thank you! If I can drive in the weather to come get my dress somebody from the store can come give me my dress!

Went to the David’s Bridal in Florence, Ky. We were greeted by the gal at the door. She asked if we had an appointment. We told her no, her attitude changed completely. She said you need an appointment, we did not realize it was absolutely necessary to have an appointment. She became very cold & said we don’t have anything until 4:30. We were there @ 10:00am, why would we drive an hour one way to come back at 4:30. We were told we could not look at wedding gowns! Went in to look for a wedding dress, picked the only one I really liked and wanted to try on so I showed the consultant and was told “no, you don’t want that! That’s boring!” And proceeded to grab the complete opposite of what I asked for.. and didn’t want to grab the one I wanted to try on. What do you get from telling a bride to be and a potential customer that what they LOVE is boring and unwanted.

I went to David’s to get an idea of the style of dress i like. If i would have found one i loved i would have bought it. My consultant Donna seemed to be more concerned on whether my hips would fit into a dress. I’ve always been self conscious about my body and she just topped it off. I found a dress on a mannequin i liked, a Vera, and when my bridesmaid went to show her, she told her that i probably wouldn’t fit in it. Mind you I’m a size 6 pant!!! Absolutely horrific customer service!! I do not recommend purcashing anything from this location! They aren't willing to do anything when they royally screw up! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Made an appointment for 3 people trying on bridesmaid dresses, but was only given 1 change room for our 90 minute appointment (even though there was an empty one beside us the whole time). Our consultant was awkward and seemed like she didn’t know how to take measurements or clip dresses properly. I told her what style we were looking for and she made maximum 2 recommendations for dresses that didn’t even fit what I had told her (float, beachy, not strapless).
