I was very displeased with the way your staff treats the customers. I bought my wedding dress there, spent over $1000 on it, went to pick it up today...they handed it to me in a PLASTIC bag. I went up front, asked if that was the bag i was supposed to take my wedding dress home in, they responded, "thats what you get, thats what it came with, you can purchase a garment bag." came in last saturday for bridal consult. the worstttt experience ever. there is no mirror in the room you are dressed in so you have no idea what it looks like before you walk into the store full of people. you have to look in mirrors that are doors of other dressing rooms constantly being opened and closed by other customers. my consultant did not listen to anything i said i was looking for. she never clipped any dresses to fit that were clearly too big. never offered cup pads for the bust. just an awful experience. will n... read more

Just picked up my dress that I paid over $1,000 for and it was handed to me in a plastic bag. They said I’d have to pay to get a garment bag. To top it off I tried it on and Tracy (someone working) offered to help zip up my dress and had the nerve to ask me if I was sure it was my size 😡😡

The ladies up front where very rude when I had an issue come up with my mother not being able to make it in time for the appointment. I wanted to swap my appointments around so she could be there to watch me out on my dresses. They refused until my sister basically gave them no other choice. Well I’m not happy because ask our consultant at the register to please jot down the tiara and vail information. She gave me attitude and said she be right back. I waited then 10 minutes standing at register still. I mention something to cashier. Who replied I’m yeah she ain’t coming back. Ver poor customer service and very rude of both ladies. Walked in, the front lady greeted us nicely, picked out three dresses and was about to try them on when a lady came up and asked if we needed help. When we said we wanted to try on the dresses she told us “oh well we close in 3 minutes.” Super rudely. I was blown away by the attitude as I had not known since the front lady hadn’t told us they were closing soon and I was not aware of their hours. horrible service.. I'm glad the bride is only getting married once so we NEVER have to go back. Five of us went in with an appointment and still waited around for someone to acknowledge us. the "consultant" seemed to be totally lost and kept disappearing on us. she asked us what we wanted in our dress choice, still didn't help us pick anything out but showed us our one fitting room for 5 people and once again disappeared. eventually the bride decided to take it into her own hands and ran around the store finding dresses. th... read more

Pretty upset I went to pick up my dress today after getting an email that my dress was ready only to get there and them not being able to find it. Then After waiting about 15mins the girl came up to me and my mom and I told us my dress was sent back because it was damaged and of course we wouldn’t want the dress damaged right?!? Why wasn’t I aware of this change since they specify that the dresses have to be picked up in 7 days.
