Horrible customer service. The lady Lucy helping me was very rude and rushed me the entire time. Made me feel completely uncomfortable with myself. Kept bringing me dresses that were not my style. Constantly checked her watch to make sure my time did not run over. When looking for a dress for the one day I will ever wear one for my wedding I would of thought they would of been a little friendlier. I ended up going to another shop that actually cares about their customers and does not treat them like a number.

We had to go to two different David’s bridal to feel like we weren’t a burden. After finding the right bridesmaids dresses for the girls in my wedding we have had multiple issues. They ordered the wrong dress, for everyone, setting us back in time over a month. One bridesmaid received her dress in the mail and the clasp is broken. The first Davids bridal we went to was terrible costumer service and we had to set up a different appointment at a different Davids bridal(Novi). Ordered my dress the day of the fitting, it was ordered as the wrong dress making us wait another month longer to get the right dress. I just received my correct dress with the clasp in the back broken. Called to speak with someone and they could do nothing for me unless I were to come back which isn’t an option for me at this time. Very unsatisfied and will not be back.

My sister in law and I spent all day today shopping around for dresses for an upcoming cruise. We get it: we aren't the "dropping thousands of dollars" client that they usually see. However, that should not impact the service received - or lack thereof in this case! No one knew what we were there to shop for because never once - I will say that again: not one single time - did we get acknowledged by a staff member. And they were not busy in the least. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!! I had made an appointment at David’s Bridal for all of my bridesmaids to come and try on dresses for my wedding. When we walked in we could tell they were busy but it wasn’t a problem because we were still waiting for everyone to arrive. Went in today to look for a dress for a military ball. There were at least 5 ladies working only 2 other customers in the store. I was looking around and tried on about 4 dresses. I was going to buy one that I liked but NOT ONE of the sales personnel ever asked me if I needed anything, if I was finding everything okay, offer assistance or even a room. The manager told us one thing and it wasn’t that way. Hannah at the front was very rude. Make sure you understand all the terms and get it writing. Made our experience very difficult.
