Not friendly and helpful. I went here today to pick up my brides maid dress. The greater greeted me right away and was super friendly. Someone asked how they could help me and they went to grab my dress. When she came back she handed me the dress, said have a good day and walked away. I had to ask to try it on, had to ask about alterations, had to ask someone to come help me with the dress after they walked away after hanging my dress in the room in the plastic. I wanted to share about the awful and hurtful experience I had. I don’t like leaving negative reviews because I know the effect they can have, but unfortunately, this issue was not resolved, nor did they attempt to resolve it. Myself and 5 other bridesmaids have purchased dresses from David’s bridal in Scarborough, ON. When we tried on dresses I chose to purchase a dress smaller than my size at the time. I will never again take anyone to the Nashua NH store. When I went for my wedding my sisters were told by everyone they could pick dresses they wanted to see me in but when I went this past weekend both me and my friend got yelled at and got major attitude from workers while looking for a dress we wanted to see our friend try on (after our consultant told us we could) and our consultant didn’t help us out at all... we are now going somewhere else for her wedding dress and will not get the bridesmaids dresses from David’s Bri... read more

We had an appointment and were treated like an inconvenience. It was over crowded and our sales person told us she had another group she had to be with. I asked if there was a place for us to gather and put our stuff and she told me I could sit on a foot stool. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place, go somewhere who will give you the attention you deserve, it’s your special day. You deserve it

This place was terrible. I took my bridesmaid here to get a dress and they were basically like "well we don't have a fitting room now and won't for another hour." Fine. They said we could still walk around and look, so we picked out the dress we wanted to get in a few sizes. The employee came by, asked if we had checked in, and then said "we ask that you don't hold on to any dresses." Rude hostest or whatever you would call someone standing at a desk being a jerk to people who are trying to spend money AND have an appointment?! Walked out and none of us will ever be back. What a joke.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS you can’t let a bride know that her bridesmaids dresses are discontinued. Such a disgusting business you run not HELPING couples make their special day the best it could be. But as long as you guys get your money, right?

Please be aware they do not give you a garment bag for the super expensive dress you just bought. You get the choice of buying one or taking your dress out in a garbage bag

Not a good experience .. The store said they had certain sizes and styles .. my friend called ahead of time and they didn’t have the sizes when I arrived . After we were there for two hours , after we complained then they finally took our measurements . The service was poor and disappointing.
