It’s a long one, so buckle up! Let me start this off by saying I purchased my wedding dress here. I can’t even begin to convey how sad & disappointed I feel waking away from my appointment today. After searching online for some time, my fiancé & I finally decided to make an appointment to try on bridal gowns at the Rockville, MD location (almost a hour drive for us). We made an appointment 2 weeks ago and told them that there would be 6 bridesmaids coming. We also told them that the wedding will be May 11th 2019. They called the day before the appointment to confirm and asked if we only had one bridesmaid. They also thought that the wedding was next May. When the bride told her that we had 6 instead of 1, the woman said that they are very busy and would “try” to accommodate us. Absolutely not!! a women should have a good fun experience looking for their dream wedding dress. Even tho we, myself and my daughter just a walk in, recieved bad customer service. The gal at front greeting desk, very cold and rude. The only plus size dress was a 22. Even tho a walk in should be treated Good. Sorry David's Bridal, your loss

The most worst experience my friend drove 3 hours to be treated awful she left in tears on her 3 hours drive back home they talked to her rude and told her she had to hurry up there were others needed their help. They did not need her business and we sure did not need there's we found the perfect dress 1 mile from her home would not send my dog to David's Bridal in Florence SC.

Terrible experience. I even made a reservation. They sent me to the wolves , never helped me. I tried multiple DB at different locations. Each time I was sent "over there" and nobody helped me. For my dress or my bridesmaids dresses. So glad I left and went to a smaller shop. Hope they close

terrible customer service!!!!! came at noon on a friday... I did not have an appointment to "browse" so I literally couldn't even get help zipping a dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but you have someone sitting at a desk WAITING for people to come in. I was also the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store. Not spending one dime here!
