extremely disappointed after picking my bridesmaids dress up, noticing how disgustingly wrinkled it was. contacted head office to let them know, and they said they would do a "complimentary steam". when 7 bridesmaids buy their dresses there, and spending that much money, you'd think the dresses should have already been steamed before being picked up. all the bridesmaids dresses came wrinkled, and the drive for all of us is at least 45mins- 1hr.

I had tried on several dresses at the altamonte store, but they only had a size 6 dress (I wear a 14) of the one I loved. Through no help from the associates, my bridesmaid tracked down my dress at the millennia store in a size 6 and an 18W. We told them to hold the 18W and I would be by to try it on, as well as shopping for my bridesmaid dresses. I went in and my bridesmaids and I picked out about 7 dresses to try on. There was1 dress I absolutely loved. Hannah, the attendant wrote down all the ticket numbers and I even told her I wanted to try the butterfly dress I loved first. She took us over to a room and left us to get the dresses in my size, or a size I could try on. Saw the news item about the employee wearing the scarf on her head. David’s Bridal reduced her hours and asked for explanation about scarf. Global news Jan 23/19. Any discrimination in my opinion is wrong. This is Canada and there is a Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We don’t want to become like the USA!
Just heard about your mistreatment and discrimination of a black employee who got erased off the schedule for wearing a headwrap to protect her hair in winter months. Will NOT be shopping here anytime soon for any of my bridal gear or bridesmaids gear. Headwraps are so common in black culture and just everyday fashion! Stop discriminating. Honestly. It's disgusting and it's bad for business.

I went here expecting a large selection of wedding gowns and was very disappointed when they were almost all in plastic and crammed together so tightly. We could barely see the dresses to make a decision to try them on or not. The consultant was not very helpful and pulled barely any dresses for me to try on, some of which weren't even my size and I couldn't get on. We arrived for our scheduled appointment and were met by our consultant with torn stockings, who immediately told us were to select no more than 5 dresses for the bride. She did not help our bride select dresses and told us we were not to take the dresses off the rack. She made us feel very unwelcome right off the bat.
