Worst company ever. I don’t think any of the employees in there work for the same company. They can’t ever give you a straight answer. One says they can refund a credit card one says they can’t. They’re awfully rude. Their lack of communication is horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
On 11/25/18 myself and a bridal party were manipulated into paying up front for our party’s dresses, were told if we didn’t pay that day we wouldn’t have our dresses in time for the wedding (April 2019). All of us have received our dresses as of today(after being advised there was no way we would have them before March), but are completely disgusted with the unprofessional and manipulative tactics of David’s Bridal Ahwatukee employees. David’s Bridal is among one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to, especially this one. This is the third event I’ve needed a dress for and the staff was (surprise!) even less competent than before! Not only are they borderline insulting, they offer no advice, no help, and tonight the girl said “I don’t know” about 4-5 times without either asking for help, or trying to find ANY solution whatsoever.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have never in my LIFE experienced more unprofessional service. Will NEVER do business with them ever again. I don't like giving bad reviews but for goodness sake!! I come in 4 MONTHS IN advance tell me that's plenty of time to order a dress upon arrival. I find a dress I like then I'm told it won't be in until 5 days before the wedding. Horrible! David’s Bridal is a chaotic bridal warfare. I’ve never seen or experienced such an inefficient, poor quality of service, and complete disarray of client care. The on site manager is disorganized and literally ran around during our previously scheduled 10:30 appointment, for which David’s Bridal overbooked and overburdened it’s personal stylists by doubling each one. My fiancé bought a dress from the Wichita, KS location and was told she gets a free alteration. When she called to find out how to book it she was told that an alteration on her $500 dress would be approximately $300, which is over 1/2 the price of her dress. Why? If this is how you run a business, I will not be referring anyone to your business.
My bridesmaids and I went to David’s bridal for their dresses. Everything went well and we selected a beautiful dress that each lady looked great in. The sizes were nearly perfect and only two of the 4 who came with would need a little bit of hemming as they are on the shorter size. One of my girls looked perfect and the dress for her like a glove. Well my girls all got their dresses and none of them fit! 1 of their dresses doesn’t fit, and the other three are too big! We went to look for a dress for my bridesmaid and they didn’t have her size when we found a dress she liked they said they couldn’t order it.
went today and felt like I was heard it cattle and I had made the appointment it was excruciating Lee uncomfortable and overcrowded and they didn't even have anything in the size that I need it there was a very very bad experience for being one of my top choices of stores to go to but I went right across the street and found my dress in a place that made me feel very comfortable
