The service here is terrible. They ordered my best friends wedding gown in the wrong size and couldn't alter it to fit the way it was designed to fit.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!!!!!! They screwed up my order and I’m return are giving me store credit!!!!!!! I don’t need or want your credit. I want some of my money back. Totally got screwed. I do not recommend this store at all.

I was super excited to get my wedding dress, however, during my visit here, I was told that if I wanted to drop a dress size I would have to lose 20 pounds. When you're shopping for a wedding dress you want to feel good about yourself and the experience, and while I know it wasn't meant to be rude, this made me leave feeling self conscious.

This place is a mess. I was there for a wedding dress and the poor woman was stuck helping several people at once. There are far better places to buy a dress for the same pricing. The manager was completely unhelpful and could care less that they lost the sale. Don't waste your time here.

Had a great experience picking out my dress and a great experience at my first alterations appointment with Ashley, however I went to try on my newly altered dress today and I couldn’t even get it on. We couldn’t get the long sleeves over my shoulders or button the back of the dress without potentially ripping it or suffocating myself. Mind you, I was fit for this dress only 3 weeks ago and weigh 100 pounds so whoever altered this went the full extreme with taking it in. I bought my dress some months back. I loved the corset back dress. when I tried it on the lady helping me told me she wasn't going to lace it all the way up because it would take too long. Just the way I tried on the dress it had a perfect fit. No alterations. I did not have a seamstress come look at me in the dress to make 100% sure.
