My future daughter in law went to pick up her wedding dress and the bag that was given to her was piece of cheap plastic that didn't even cover her dress, Let alone protect it from the environment. She asked to get a garment bag and to our surprise she was charged for it. It was not disclosed to her when she purchased it there is a fee. I had a horrible experience when searching for my dress here over the summer. Came in on a weekday morning and two sales associates were standing near the front chatting and no other customers in the store. I was not greeted by either lady. I browsed for 15 minutes and neither came over to me the entire time. I left to never return. I understand a limited selection for plus sized women. But my friend and I went in to find a bridesmaids dress and the lady didn’t seem to wanna help. I get we all have bad days and it was right after you opened (we were going to the airport directly after) but it was all around a not so great experience.

be sure they check to see the availability of your dress several times! I rang the bell and said Yes to the Dress the one myself and my family over! we all were so excited and shedding tears only to be told at checkout "oh it won't be here until two months after your wedding" and that was after being told several times that it would be here in February! waayyyy to go Davids Bridal!

When we were there the customer service was terrible. We had an appointment and the lady that was supposed to be helping us kept disappearing. We basically did everything ourselves. Then they told us we needed to hurry and buy our dresses so we would get them in time. So I bought mine as soon as possible. Well my friends that waited got to pay $128 for the same dress that I paid $170 for and they dont price match so I'm just stuck paying that amount. Those of you thinking of using David's Bridal for anything, don't. Their customer service is awful. My bridesmaids dress was ordered November 3rd. Called a few weeks ago, asking where it was. Informed it was on backorder. Ok, would have been nice to know that the dress was going to take 3+ months. We were never informed of that. Today, one of the other bridesmaids called, our dresses have been in for over a week now. When asked why we weren't notified, they said it is the customer's responsibility. We went for our appointment and there was only two seats for sitting, the change room was soooo small and there was nothing that made my daughter or her group feel special. Nowhere to stand higher to see the dress, a dirty Kleenex in the pocket of a dress, people walking back and forth through us trying to look at her dress. The whole experience was just not good. Worst experience ever. I initially made an appointment looking for MOB dresses. When they called to confirm my appointment they said I didn’t need an appointment, to just come in any time during their regular hours. I get there and there’s a line to “check-in”. When I finally get to the host she said to sign in and then told me MOB dresses were in the corner “over there”. Poor selection, so I just looked thru all dresses in the area. Awful experience. I created a profile and had a list of dresses that I liked saved onto that profile, and was told those styles would be able to be pulled at my appointment with my girls. Consultant was so unenthusiastic and seemed miserable the whole time we were there (which was only about 20 minutes). I felt as though I was running around with no direction.
