Made an appointment from 3-4:30, got here and there were no chairs for any of the bridal party to sit on.. so for an hour and a half we are without chairs. Unacceptable. 👎🏼 Also, the person helping find a potential wedding dress was not giving off a good vibe.. we did not feel welcomed at all. Overall this was the worst place in Anchorage to try to find a dress.

This was the worst experience I have ever had trying on bridal dresses. It was almost like the all the staff were new. Our Consultant kept wondering off, and not being attentive to our group. I had looked online for dresses that I wanted to try on, and she said she would find them and wondered off... I waited 10-15 minutes for her, saw her just standing there empty handed. i was in there last week to look at wedding dresses for my upcoming wedding in may. the girl who was at the desk when i walked in had a VERY cold disposition. and NO ONE even came over to me and offered to help me look. made me feel very unwelcome. dont think ill be coming back

this place is a joke. they double book brides and then make you wait for them to help you. stuffed us in a very small space with 3 other brides. your wedding dress shopping experience should be special and they have managed to make a mockery of the bridal business. it took 27 minutes after our appointment time to even get recognition from the consultant and another 18 minutes to even see the first dress to try on. Went to Rochester store was the worst service looking for head pieces found some other stuff nobody to check us out stand around forever so we left they lost a sale

Nice people. Poorly managed. Sat for 45 min purchasing my dress and filling out the pickup information with my maid of honor. They never notified her. Then said there wasn't any pickup instructions. While at work spent another 30 min on the phone to set up a pick up for her. When she picked up the dress looked like it was stored rolled in a ball. Customer service said they can not press all outgoing dresses.... So I'm left to assume because my dress didn't cost $5000 it was not necessary to give the same customer service. SM... read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We just bought 2 bridesmaid dresses and they would not allow our bride to try ONE dress on because it’s 8 o’clock and they close at 9. Apparently there wasn’t a stylist available but the stylist that assisted earlier wasn’t doing ANYTHING.

When I called today to ask if my wedding dress was in yet (ordered in mid-December) it took them more then 10 minutes to find my order, leading me to believe they had lost it or made an error. Was told that I hadn’t bought one, or there was no history of my purchase. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she was “very busy but can get back to you when she can.” The whole situation was already unacceptable, but then the manager Jackie informed me that my dress will not be in until April when I was told by my stylist/... read more

I had an appointment on Saturday and the salesperson was so awesome and helpful. I took my bridesmaids to find dresses today and the salesperson, Andrea, was awful to us. She rushed us throughout our entire session and even snapped her fingers at us at one point. Her attitude was terrible and downright unprofessional. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable, as were my bridesmaids.
