Have gone in on 2 separate occasions to look at dresses, gone to the desk or found an employee to ask questions and yet no one has offered to actually help me. Apparently you only get help here if you have a party of a dozen people with you.

For how much people spend on your store I would think y’all would have better service than what I dealt with. Year ago when I went in to find a dress my cousin helped me in and out of dresses more than the stylist did, she helped me one! Kept disappearing and wouldn’t see her for a good 10 minutes every time. We had to grab a majority of the dresses I wanted to try on also, you’re lucky the dress I badly wanted was a David’s Bridal only style. The place is like a circus! Sales associates are running around helping multiple brides at one time. After my daughter picked her brides maid dresses, our sales woman said they would be in by early February. Wen we went to check out, they said end of March which was one week before the wedding. The managers attitude was very cold, didn’t seem to care. We had to walk out.

It’s a shame the manager of the store this afternoon had zero people skills. The girl at the door and the girl who helped me try on dresses were wonderful. Issues at checkout were followed by a manager with an attitude problem. She should probably follow the example of her employees.

the hidden charges not just our experience but friends of ours also but a dress here and we were told sizing and cleaning is free and when we brought the dress back for sizing and cleaning there was charges and they would not uphold the agreement that was made at purchase time

They charged us over 300$ for alterations & then didn’t even alter my dress! 5 days before my wedding I had to pay someone local AGAIN to alter my dress bc davids bridal didn’t even touch it!!! and now they won’t refund us our money back! so we had to pay 2 times to get my dress altered.

Had a bad experience there. They where rude to my mom and me and where very rushy when there was hardly anyone even there. So we got our dresses from Winner and are very happy with our choice.

I found a dress that I had loved. The associate said it fit me perfectly, so I would pay maybe $200 max in alterations. When it came time for my alterations, they charged me $700 which was almost more than the dress. If I would have known alterations would be this expensive, I would not have bought the dress. I went to pick up my dress from alterations, it did not fit me. They charged us more money to fix their own mistake. They ended up having to alter it and change what they did 3 times, which put my dress in a time crunch... read more
