This is not my first time at this David’s Location. I actually purchased my wedding dress here and had an amazing experience. I did have a friend that recommend that I use the Brookfield location to get my bridesmaids dresses. I took her advice. I got 7 out of the 9 done at Brookfield. Today I took my last two girls to Greenfield and had a terrible experience. The girl who was at the desk when we walked in was nice and friendly, her name was Katie. My friends and I walked in today to try on bridesmaid dresses. Since we did not have an appointment, we were told that only one of us (we were a party of 5) could dry on dresses in one fitting room. When asked why, we were told that there were 2 bridal parties on their way for a 6PM appointment (it was currently 5:28PM). The dress selection for bridesmaids is pretty extensive which is great. We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment, and were told our stylist would be with us shortly. We started looking at the dresses, but were encouraged to wait for our stylist. We weren’t greeted until almost 30 minutes after our appointment was scheduled to start. She then told us to pick our top 3, and then started our dressing rooms. I bought a bridesmaid dress for a wedding that unfortunately was called off. I asked if I could return it, exchange or get store credit; since I have my own wedding in March and thought of getting accessories or anything else needed. However, they didn’t not allow it!! I spoke with Someone by the name of Andrea and she attempted to make it about my wedding and tried to get me to have my bridal party buy dresses from them. I will absolutely not have them buy their dresses from David’s Bridal!!

First, I have to say the lady that helped me and my girls pick out dresses was awesome! Her name was Michaela I believe but from there my experience went completely down hill. I was called early to say my dress was here early! Then she said it was a size 4 and I said no and she was snarky and said oh it's your bridesmaid dresses and they need to be picked up by Monday. My dress that i look forward to wearing on my wedding day, that i spent alot of money on was in a clear plastic bag when i picked it up. You'd think after all we paid that they would at least have a proper dress bag. David's Bridal has boring, out dated styles for bridesmaids and not enough room or staff for large bridal parties. RecommendedSo, I had come here a few weeks ago, to buy the swatches for my friends wedding, as I’m a bridesmaid. An employee was extremely helpful. I told her I had a sports bra on and therefore wouldn’t be able to try on dresses. She said she had a bra in my size and not to worry.
