Absolutely HORRIBLE service. My mom and I were both looking for dresses for my brother's wedding, me a bridesmaid and her a mother of the groom. The store was staffed with approx 4-6 people (that we could see) yet there was only 1-2 that were helping with everyone that came in, which meant that no one was getting much personal service. While they stood around talking, we had to pull our own dresses, try them all on with little assistance, and after all that, ended up paying full price for the off the rack dresses. David’s bridal is the worst place to shop and to buy from. All employees are completely rude with the exception of Becca in alterations. First time we went in, the girl at the front glared at us and asked if we had an appointment. We said no that we were just looking and she snapped that they were very busy and she wasn’t sure if anyone would be available to help us. We felt very unwelcome but continued on. Horrible experience. The guy who was supposed to be helping us knew nothing about the inventory and disappeared for most of the appointment. When he was present, he spent his time talking to other employees and chatting to one of the members of our bridal party while we were trying to look at the dresses our bridesmaids were trying on. Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Went bridesmaid dress shopping with my future sister in law and fellow bridesmaids. Associate was extremely rude, not helpful at all, and tried rushing us out the door after only being there for 20 minutes. Spent $800 on dresses and never got a thank you. Will never shop at this store or recommend it to anyone searching.

The bride and 4 bridesmaids came here to get bridesmaids dresses. Stacey was great, very helpful and friendly. We were all sharing a fitting room but the store was busy that day so we were understanding. However, there was complete and utter disorganization when it came to picking up our dresses. My dress was ready and I asked for it to be shipped to me (via UPS). The alterations department was ridiculously unprofessional. Twice I went and there was no one manning the front of the story nor anyone manning the front where people pay. The store had garbage all around their ripped chairs. My fiance went there once and his impression was quite negative. My dress was finally altered correctly 1 month (30 days) prior to my wedding.
