I bought my dress from David’s Bridal, and had a great experience. When I got the call that my dress was ready, I was so excited to come and pick it up. When I arrived to pick up, the store associate offered to let me try it on and I agreed. Immediately, her attitude changed and she seemed upset that I wanted to try on the dress. I went to David's Bridal today and was a bit disappointed with my experience Although they have a beautiful store, I personally didn't feel the warmth in that place except for the receptionist who was friendly. The consultant didn't try to make it a special experience for me like other bridals shops do. She was lukewarm with me meaning not friendly or nasty... she was just there trying to sell dresses as if I was in Macys or New York & Company picking out shoes or a sweater. I love the wonderful service that I got at this store when I tried on dresses twice. My consultant Nicole was so helpful both times and extremely kind and professional. When I picked up my dress, even though it was close to closing time (which I hate when customers do that at my store), they still were professional and let me try on the dress to make sure it fit and it does! I called David’s Bridal today and asked if a friend and I could come in and look without an appt. I was told yes but if it was busy with appointments we would not be able to try dresses on. We went to look around and while we were there, five girls were on the floor. There was one lady there trying on a mother of the bride dress. We were the only other two people in there. We went in looking for bridesmaids dresses and the ladies in there were not helpful in anyway. I told the lady working what I was looking for and my colors and she said “that’s nice, all our dresses are over there.” And pointed in the general direction of the dresses. I was looking for someone to ask about adding tool under a dress and could not find anyone. There was no one else in the store the entire time we were in there. I do not plan on going back

1. Not all employees are a good fit for customer service. One of the times I was there, I was not acknowledged. 2. Myself and the bridesmaids were measured and tried on the dresses we wanted. After dresses were shipped, all 5 of them needed alterations. 3. I never got the call that my dress was delivered to the store. 4. I was guaranteed that my veil would be delivered, and it was not. You are treated very good in the beginning. But once you make an order with them, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Uncomfortable, poor price points, like a wedding dress cattle call, no privacy, no room to even look at yourself, not inclusive for plus size brides. I was first told to pick out dresses that were my style and hang them on another rack. Another consultant was taking dresses off this rack. Then I was approached by someone else asking if I had met my consultant yet and I said yes she was the one who told me to select styles I liked and put them aside. Absolutely ridiculous. My sister had an appointment at 1:00pm and upon arrival they told us are consultant would be ready at 1:30pm. So we just shopped around no consultant no rooms to put the dresses in. After a while we got a room but no consultant still (one change room for two girls). After all our dresses were done still no consultant an hour and half later. No apologies from a manager or staff either. One lady tried to help a bit but she was dealing with her own appointment.
