Worst service ever. My consultant was more concerned with not having any downtime at work to take her final than helping me so we left and I bought a gorgeous gown from The Bridal Shop!

I’ve never taken the time to write a review, but this one is very important to me. A couple weeks ago I visited the Westminster David’s Bridal (DB) to have a dress altered. The dress is a $200 Ver Wang bridesmaids dress that I purchased from this DB location. other than the fact that I loved my dress itself. I will NEVER reccomend this company to anyone!! I have had nothing but problems with them! I would love to explain, but the list of things is just too long to waste my time on.

What a Horrible experience. ...the hostess that helped us was completely rude and useless ...she talked to us like we were kids and she sized all of us bridesmaids wrong...all the dresses we tried on were way too big for us and looked horrible....she didn't even help when I asked her to Zipp up the back of the dress I was trying on...I had to ask one of the other bridesmaid to help me....this Hostess name is "SHINE" her name should be called "THE SHINING " cause she was a bridesmaid's nightmare!!!

these people are money hungry taking advantages of people misfortunes, my wife bought the preservation box to get her dress preserved, so she takes it up there, they send it off, and it gets stolen in the process of delivery by USPS, david bridal said they cant do nothing referred her to the preservation company, and apparently the policy only insures up to $500, which they never informed her when she bought it, but what pisses me off the most is USPS looked into it and said they are reimbursing david bridal the full amount.... read more

AMAZING fitting with Chelsea from the San Jose store. Felt the love and talent she has to find the perfect dress! She listened to me and my family and found a dress that is just perfect! 12 emails since my appointment on Friday(Black Friday) it is ONLY Monday (Cyber Monday) I’ve taken it off and changed my preferences. And already received another email! Please stop spamming your clients.

I had the first appointment of the morning this morning. The girl that decided to help me asked me to look at 3 dresses to pull out to try on so after having to look for her 4x to ask her to pull them she was inconvenienced and didn’t check the sizes so I’m trying on dresses that intentionally didn’t fit. I couldn’t find her to even help me in and out them luckily my friend was with me. Saturday my fiancé & I visited this store for the first and definitely last time. Only 1 girl was trying on a dress, at least 5 women working and absolutely no customer service. 2 women seated at table upon entry due to scratch off promotion, yet I had to ask for one & explain what it was. 😳 Not one employee assisted us, acknowledged us as we entered or while leaving.
