I set up an appointment for my friend to try on wedding dresses this past Friday. It was in the evening, 6pm. The lady that was assigned to help my friend was awful. This is not the kind of person that should be around people who are experiencing some of the happiest moments of their lives, like finding their wedding dress. We arrived at David Bridalsat 6:03pm this evening, and the associate was escorting a customer out the store. We were standing to go in the store and the associate saw we were standing there. She didn't acknowledge us. She didn't ask how can I help you. She didn't say, we're closed and these are our hours. She put her head down and closed the door in our face and locked it. I was taken aback with the lack of her customer service skills.

I went in there with every intention of walking out with a special occasion dress. It was around 6 pm and they had hours til 9 pm. I spent at least FORTY-FIVE minutes trying to find a dress and not one representative offered to help me. There were no less than four people working and no other customers in the store. I finally got so frustrated I left. No, I would not recommend this business.

Horrible experience, Emily our wedding consultant was very rude, not helpful, did not allow the bride to be select her dresses. We felt rushed, did not say bye or informed us of the process.

My friends and I had a terrible experience. Our appointment was for 1:30 and we got assigned a "stylist" over an hour later. The "stylst" did not pull a single dress for us nor offer any advice. She stood at a computer outside of our changeroom discouraging us by telling us items on special order - not once did she direct us to dress IN stock. Front desk girl was absolutely rude. It’s so sad to see that companies hire staff that are unprofessional and uneducated towards customers. They should be there to help you and assist you not give you attitude when asked a question. I did not have the chance to meet the rest of the staff which seemed nice but thanks to her no need to go back.

No stars ⭐️ When we went there with daughter they helped find the wedding dress but when we asked for help on the brides maid dress they got cold and rude and in the end when we went to pay for dress they were rude asked to see manager they refused to get her said she was busy in the back if it wouldn’t have been for my daughter loving this dress we would have told them to stuff it but now karma since they filed bankruptcy they did it to themselves bye bye David bridal 😂

You would think working at a bridal shop would make you aware that women come in all shapes and sizes. To be with my friends trying on bridesmaid dresses and then trying to grab a dress to put on, but then I am stopped and told no no, the "big" one is over here, over and over was quite humiliating and depressing. I am not even a big girl, but I guess if you are not a size 0-4 then you are shamed in this store.
