Do these reviews even work? I keep seeing negative comments with several promises to make improvements, but I don’t see any changes. I was very disappointed with my experience at David’s Bridal. I had an appointment, but the consultant wasn’t dedicated to me. She was helping another bride as well. She was nice, but a real consultant will listen to the bride. She should also know what dresses will look good on a bride (as they should be experts in their jobs) and should make a bride feel beautiful. The dress I really wanted t... read more

David's bridal had my wife in tears and held her dress hostage over an error on their part (another store refunded a bridesmaids dress) and demanded my then fiance cover the $250 bridesmaid dress or her custom dress would be canceled..one week before our wedding. You would think that if we were forced to pay for the canceled bridesmaid dress, that we would get the dress? nope! just out the money. Also, they screwed up her alteration, so after all the hassle of having a confrontational manager, she wasn't happy with her dress... read more

when I got my bridesmaid dresses picked for my girls they literally called me and told me if my girls didnt pick up their dresses within 48 hours they would be unavailable. more than a 48 hour notice would have been nice!

Although my wedding dress was beautiful and the alterations department was great, I am very concerned about the fact that David's Bridal sold my personal information, including my email address, phone number and address to third parties. I got my dress more than a year ago and I still receiving emails from MLM consultants such as Mary Kay and also different magazines in the mail that I didn't subscribe to. that is disrespectful to the customer to sell their private information.

Don't give them your phone number. They'll call and harrass you months later, whether you got a dress or not. Really bad way to get customers, just convinced me to not shop there. Apparently this isn't exactly legal and I can talk to someone about this harrassment, as other people already have and have gotten money out of it, but instead I just blocked the number. I'll buy my dress when I can, don't need phone calls reminding me. This is why brides get so stressed out before their wedding. We never set a date, and I thought ... read more

From the first day too the last this store has left me so frustrated and my dress was never the way I had wanted it for my wedding day. Very crowded and under catered too when looking for dresses whether it was for me or my bridesmaids. When I was in the process of getting my dress altered the lady who appeared to be the main seamstress ( or at least the only one who was helpful at later hours, usually helping multiple people at once because she was the only one capable ) told me that I could get my bra altered with some fab... read more

Beware of alteration costs! And hope if you do alterations at this location there are no problems! 4 times of "fixing" still was not right on wedding day! Not to mention alterations came to over $700.00 ABSURD! Would NOT recommend this store to any bride. Aggravation & lies was all we felt we got'

***LOST DRESS & NO HELP**( This location (Reno, NV) is a NIGHTMARE! My maid of honor picked out a dress within the recommended timeline. Had it altered and even asked when she should pick up her dress and explained the wedding is in Pittsburgh would it be okay to pick it up 2 days before she flies out. They told her everything would be okay... THEY LOST HER DRESS! THEY OFFERED NO HELP AND TOLD HER THEY COULD NOT RETURN HER MONEY!!! That she would have to pick out a new dress or order it online because they can't give her he... read more
