I purchased a formal dress for an event in October 2018. My friend and I were in the store 2 hours trying on dresses and two associates helped us. Not once were we told the dresses were non refundable. No signage and no mention of this being the stores policy. Having not shopped in this store before I had no idea. Ordered the dress over a month ago and still don’t have it when I was told it would be one week. Will not shop here again.
Stacey was absolutely horrible to work with. She kept putting me in dresses that were to small and made me look pregnant, she forced me into one dress and then had to cut me out of it. She had a disgusting attitude and knew nothing about the dresses when asked questions. Definitely ruined what was supposed to be a positive and happy experience. Will not deal with David’s bridal again. Word of advice to David’s bridal, hire people who know what they are talking about and actually enjoy what they are doing.
Had a bad experience walking in the door also I will note it was on a Wed with a little over 3 hours before closing. Basically was informed from the time I asked to be measured to the time I mentioned the wedding date was Mar 2 that well, we should have already ordered a dress. The dark Haired woman "specialist" as she referred to herself at that point dismissed measuring me and gave me a large size range to choose from as I couldn't tell her definitive size range since I had just had a baby recently. BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. These people have no idea how to run a business. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I have to deal with them (which has been 4 times in the last month and a half) they have treated me like trash. I just got off of the phone with one of their associates to find out a pick up time for my dress and the first time they hung up on me. I’m really not one to do this sort of thing but I wanted to share my experience in hopes of improving the way women, especially associates speak to one another because you never know how it can effect another person. The girl that was supposed to be helping us find bridesmaid and Jr bridesmaids dresses was rude and did not listen to anything the bride and her girls were requesting we found our own dresses. I also have a credit card for the store and have a horrible experience trying to make my payment. Not able to pay in store and debit card payments are charged $9.95 if you are not past due or able to pay your Acct in full. Very discriminatory against those of us with average incomes who pay on time!!

Called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter to look at and try on wedding gowns while she was on fall break from college. We arrived, and they had no record of our appointment. The lady at the front door was very unconcerned, told us they may be able to fit us in in 1.5 hours. I told her no, unacceptable, we are leaving. She said ok. We left. This was a Tuesday evening. Selena gets a email from David's Bridal that her dress is in and she has to pick up by the weekend� Perfect timing today to make the run to Toledo, since she got out of work early!! On the drive there they call and so EXCITED (like a kid at Christmas) she tells them we are JUST 20 minutes away � We get there, go to the dressing area and IT IS NOT THE RIGHT DRESS � THEN we get to the register for them to reorder and it is going to be $187 MORE.... ����� It was their MISTAKE when placing the original order, not ours!!
