Don’t go to the one in Greenville. My little sister called to get an appointment and was told great can’t wait to meet you. We get there and the people were very rude and said that she isn’t in our system for a appointment. They said they couldn’t work us in for that night. Very very rude!! Stay far away from this place!! Nobody knows how to be professional anymore!!

I went with my mom and best friend earlier this year to try on wedding dresses, they double booked my consultant so I got less time trying on dresses. She disappeared for more than half my appointment ‘trying to find a strapless bra and undergarments for the dress’ I tried on maybe 3 dresses, she didn’t help zip them up as ‘it’s my parties job’ to do that. My daughter was in the store on 2 separate occasions. Both times she tried on a dress. When I called to order the dress, they didn’t have her size down. I was told by the girl to bring her in and we could try on a dress and order it that day. It is very inconvenient for me to get over there. Then she told me I could measure my daughter myself and call the measurements in. Not so great, took a while to be greated by front desk. Ladies didn't seem friendly. I was ready to try on my dresses and my consultant was no where to be found. It took 15 mins to find her. I didn't feel special. I came into look for one dress I really liked and she had a hard time finding it and then 20 mins later after trying on poofy dresses she found it. First this lady told me to try on a dress I absolutely disliked and would never wear it. I tried it on and spent a good 15 minutes in it talking about what I didn't like about it. I disliked it all. Than my lady walks away from my dressing room with me looking at a dress... I stood there waiting for her to come back for a solid 20 minutes. They messed up one of my Grandaughter's bridesmaid dresses....wrong size 2x and want to charge her for alterations. The dress fit in the store perfectly except she wanted it floor length. The replacement dress was too big the shoulders and too tight at waist. Sent back 2 replacement dress way too big in bodice. Charges if she decides she wants alterations $150. Something is wrong with this picture.

I went to David’s Bridal with the expectation that the people were going to be attentive and that I would have my own consultant to help me. This was not the case. Not only was their selection for a plus size woman small (this will always be a negative that I will voice—we deserve as many choices as regular sized women) but the consultant was working with two brides, myself and another bride. Although everyone was nice there selection in store was really disappointing and a lot of my like before hand they didn’t have one of those dresses at all!! Was expecting more!
