Our appointment was a disaster from the get go. The consultant didn't introduce herself, didn't ask about budget. 1 consultant for 2 brides! Not personal service, Consultant had no idea what she was doing she measured the bride wrong , didn't know the stock in the store! She just handed the gowns to the bride for her to open and take it off the hanger, no assistance to put on the gowns. She even gave gowns she brought for our bride to the other bride! We came here with our bride to pick out Bridesmaids dresses. We were reluctant to come to this location because of repeated poor customer service but we had no other option, so Tampa it is. Anyways we were super rushed from the beginning and there was nothing pleasant about our visit. Drive to Clearwater over Tampa. You won't regret it.

I went to David’s bridal back in February of this year to look for a wedding dress. The sales women they had paired me with didn’t know anything about dresses nor did she listen to me about what I as the bride wanted or even my budget. I didn’t want a pure white dress and I didn’t want it to be strapless and my budget was $500. Walked into David’s Bridal yesterday to be told that no one could assist our bride to be, when there were three to four staff standing around, and one cleaning windows.

we had no help at all she got our dressers we picked out and that was it all where way to big had no pins to hold them together no one there to assist the bride to be if you want a very low price dressers yes not bad looking dresses but do not expect help on trying them on

Just walked in to David’s bridal Appleton to 4 people just standing and another washing windows and get told they had 0 availability for someone to help me try on wedding dresses... called David’s in Green Bay able to accommodate right away so we are booking it up there... very disappointed 😞

I wish I had never called, scheduled and walked in the door. I am not asking for much either, good customer service, keeping appointments, accurately inputting measurements and dress sizes, and getting things on time and in a timely manner so there is no rush days before my wedding. David's Bridal has no sort of system, they are not organized, they shower you with smiles with no follow through, they don't measure every woman that is ordering a dress, when they do get measurements or a dress size they don't always input the... read more
I’ve bought multiple dress from them so far. My first time was really nice, but then I got a reception dress I wanted to exchange out and another dress. It was as if I was halting their whole world! I came in the other day when it was one lady and the manager- who I never like because she always seems so rude and snotty!
