Such an awful experience from my wedding dress to half of my bridesmaids dresses... alterations couldn’t get anything right. This establishment ruined my best friends “special day”. She bought her dream dress from them, and when she went for her final fitting, the alterations department ruined her entire dress. They denied that they did anything wrong and that the bride was to blame! They are so untrustworthy and lie. They promised she would be reimbursed for her money spent on the alterations and then was never given any. Absolutely the most atrocious place to ever buy any wedding dress! Alterations is not only a huge scam for the money, but most of all the work is completed at minimal standards! Six weeks before her wedding now she has nothing and they DON’T care. She truly should have listen to her friends and did more research on the LACK professionalism and caring nature of the staff. All they want it your money! (Even the alterations manager saluted me off as I walked out the door) Professionalism at its best!

On 10/14/18 my Bridal Party (4 Bridesmaids and Flower Girl) and I went to Davids with an appointment to find their dresses. The first associate who helped us was great- funny, helpful, etc, she made us feel valued. We got transferred to Emma who was in charge of Bridesmaids dresses and she had the opposite disposition. Her attitude was sub-par, lacked engagement and we felt like she had no desire to help us. Her energy was low. David's Bridal was the worst experience ever. They ruined my dress and alterations and promised to reimburse me and they did not. Needless to say, I contacted the corporate office. It didn't need to go this far. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.

Betsy was absolutely AMAZING. I went in on a Wednesday they weren’t busy at all. 5th dress i tried on was the one! Well i loved Betsy and my experience so much i made an appointment to take my bridesmaids in. My girls found a dress super easy. They told me i had plenty of time to order dresses. Well when time rolls around. My MOH called and they informed us we had like 6 hours to order the dresses or they wouldn’t arrive in time for the wedding. They've had my dress for a month. My appointment to pick it up was scheduled for 6pm today when I did my alterations appointment a month ago and confirmed by text last night. Went to pick it up today and they hadn't even started working on it yet. No explanation given whatsoever.

Horrible experience!!! Staff was rude and met with attitude. They let us know they were needing to be in physical therapy because they had to pull wedding dresses off the rack?! We couldn’t look at dresses only what they wanted to pick for you. Then there were no chairs for friends and family to sit in while watching the bride try on a limited amount of dress choices. It is supposed be fun looking for THE dress but NOT at this store!!! Would go anywhere else!!
