I want to give a big shout out to Tammy at the Greenfield, WI location.... You really let me down. I was verbally told by another associate that I could exchange a bridesmaids dress that I got stuck with (because the wedding was called off) for another dress. However, I was not informed of a deadline for that exchange. So when I came to this location to exchange it for a junior bridesmaids dress for my daughter, she told me I couldn’t do it because the wedding date that never even happened had passed. I am gonna have to say I love the Vera Wang Collection here. The assistance with dresses was great but The lady assisting us didn’t write down the dress choices on the event. When I got there, the event didn’t have two dresses that have been bought. Now I’m scared dresses will be ordered twice. Color wasn’t on there either. Now I’m calling to verify. Hoping everything is correct. My phone number was wrong. I was expecting more.

Shocked at the lack of professionalism here. Stopped by with my family hoping to look at wedding dresses for my wedding. The manager, Kay, says to employee while I’m standing there “were not taking walk in todays, please don’t take a walk in today. Don’t do that to me” So extremely rude and unprofessional. This is supposed to be a special experience picking a wedding dress. Mine certainly won’t be picked from here.

This is by far the worst Davids bridal I have ever been to. I have been in here multiple times for weddings and its always the same. I was here back in spring to try on bridesmaid dresses and the party of 5 bridesmaids and 2 Mothers were crammed into ONE dressing room in the corner. The associate was no where to be found and would pop back in after her other groups she was working with. Dresses are cut small, you can't get a refund or an exchange after the event. will never purchase anything else from David's Bridal again

jacquard dress was pressed at the store and pattern flattened, offer made to purchase the sample at cost of bride.

Finding the dress was fine. The alterations were another story. Very unaccommodating for the bride’s work schedule and terrible alteration. When being fitted we kept telling the lady it was too tight. She finally loosened it. My daughter became ill the week she was supposed to pick it up but her bridal portraits were in 3 days. My daughter is in Houston not SA. So all i could do was gamble snd pick it up. It was so tight i could barely zip it. She actually did her portraits with it unzipped about 3 inches. Overall unprofessional, the alterations department lacks in every aspect. This place messed up my friends wedding dress 6 weeks before her wedding and is refusing to reimburse her for $500 worth of alterations. Needless to say I’ll never shop David’s bridal ever again and I will be taking my dress elsewhere for alterations.

I give 3 stars because my dress was absolutely gorgeous!! Not 5 stars because I am so disappointed in alterations. My wedding was on Friday, dress looked beautiful. Bridesmaids put me in the dress, top botton was hanging by a thread. Which alterations said they opened the loop since it was so tight... clearly did a bad job. Botton on my sleeve started coming undone quick, another loop they said they were opening up a little so it would fit better... another terrible job.
