My past experience at David’s Bridal was absolutely terrible. We are rushed due to THIER mistake. I had originally booked my appointment on line and few weeks in advance, I recieved a to confirm with a total different time. When I asked the girl explained that bookings have extended their timing and that’s why there was a time change. I was told on the phone we would have 90mins. David’s Bridal in Totowa - this is about Alterations - (although buying the dress was another experience!) Mother of the Groom dress - Initial visit was fine. Hem, pick up on shoulders ( remember this one), take in under sleeves - Costly! $135 - Dress cost -$179. Dress was ready in 3 weeks. I came in ready to try on - woman hands me the bag (same wrinkled bag I brought it in) and says thanks. I said I was not leaving until I tried it on. Having a horrible time at both stores! Bridesmaids are not being helped or told the truth. if it were not too late would have used Wendy's Bridal. Reported ongoing bad EXPERIENCE to the TV Media and BBB

On Sunday I took my daughter shopping for a semi dress here. She did NOT find anything she liked, so we asked an employee if they knew where Prom Excitement was and they told us it was closed. Well, thankfully my daughter had googled it as we left empty handed and she found the perfect dress for her event at Prom Excitement.

I have had a few good experiences here and also two very bad experiences. The only reason I am recommending them is because of the good service I got from Keely. Keely helped me with alterations on my dress and gave exceptional customer service. She was very polite and talked with me through the whole appointment about my wedding plans. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. I would reccomend her to anyone who goes in the OKC David's Bridal. You will not be disappointed with her. They can start by firing the employees they now have, and get new more accommodating, polite, and helpful people.

To go to an establishment that’s supposed to help you feel important getting ready for your special day, my experiences have been terrible. They clearly don’t care. I always feel like I’m bothering them. Maybe it’s because I didn’t say “yes to the dress” the first time I had my fitting appointment where I wasn’t even measured and didn’t know I should’ve been until my bridesmaids were fitted. I will absolutely not be recommending David’s bridal to anyone. My appointment didn’t start until 20-25 minutes after it should have. I understand things don’t always run as planned, but a heads up would have been appreciated. Then they told me to pick 3 dresses I wanted to try on. Come to find out they didn’t have them in my size anyways. When she did take the time to acknowledge me, my consultant was bringing me all kinds of dresses she knew wasn’t in my size. Both stores are pricey. They are not customer focused. They won't xfr dresses from one store to the next. They don't communicate w each ot hv They are overpriced for alterations. Not customer focused for bridesmaids just on brides. policy and stipulations change way too frequently.
